Naytch
Stellify, Longsight M13, Sister Rose, Sweet Fantastic, Forever & a Day, Shadow of a Saint, My Star, Just Like You, etc, etc. Some great tracks in there Smiley. Sister Rose, Longsight and Stellify especially. My old apartment in the Fusion building on Middlewood Street in Manchester was on the Stellify video, total surprise when I saw the video. Wish I’d known and I’d have been hanging off the balcony getting a cameo in!
Marc505
Is this really the best the BN can do when it comes to doing an opinion piece on the state of music venues in the town? http://www.theboltonnews.co.uk/news/16608760.boltons-blind-tiger-closure-a-nail-in-a-familiar-coffin/
Marc505
First time Pete Tong has been listenable for ages on R1 right now. Wanted to hate this new David Guetta "Jack Back" stuff but it's decent.

Marc505
New series about the history of dance music starting on BBC 4 tonight called Can You Feel It. Sure something like this was on recently but sounds like it'll be worth watching. Documentary about the New Order MIF gigs on tomorrow too on Sky Arts. Finally just got round to seeing Episode 1 last night and looking forward to 2 tonight, I really enjoyed it. Some of those tunes and scenes from inside those original warehouses were brilliant. I'm more into later dance/trance stuff that I'm sure will come up in later episodes, but there's very few other tunes that can just give me a mental image of being in a club than that opening to Voodoo Ray, what a classic. Dr Faustus
just watched Verve at Haigh Hall- my first proper gig 20 years ago... don't think I appreciated how good they were; now listening to a storm in heaven... awesome all stemmed from thinking RA sounds like Neil Diamond on his latest track; almost unrecognisable from then
