I’m past caring who get into power, no party protects the everyday hard working family, they fill their own boots, gold plated pensions, retirement at 55 or 60 while every other fucker who works in the private sector has to work until they drop, while paying 40% tax for the pleasure to cover the gold plated pensions.
  2. Just had a game of padel against 2 of our ethnic friends, 2 white Brits v 2 brown Asians. Lovely game and part way through I thought this could be the deal maker in world peace. Padel. Anyway the cunts kept trying to cheat the more the game slipped away from them, after pasting them 3-0 instead of saying “well done lads” it was a case of “that was never a 3-0 win” So fuck the smelly cunts, let’s all get behind the likes of Nigel and Tommy and MBGA, if they try and cheat at Padel they would definitely steal your dog and eat it.

I'm the same, as the saying "they all piss in the same pot". The problem as I see it is that our tribal two party version of democracy is now well past its sell-by date and we desperately need to move towards a "deliberative" democracy where policies & decision making is decentralised and people are more involved, this need for devolution has recently been again demonstrated in the Welsh Elections. I often hear reference to the "will of the people", in our current system the wishes of people are bundled up into manifesto packages once every four years and whichever party who then wins the election (by an equally outdated non proportional "First Past the Post" system) is then free to exercise their own political dogma without consultation with the people, save for the occasional referendum. In today's climate of instant communication and social media the "people" are better informed and want more of a say, something our Victorian style of Democracy cannot provide. Close down Westminster and its crumbling buildings and rebuild elsewhere... pop that bubble is what I say.

Pleased about that. It is a tough league with a queue of ex league teams battling it out, he will learn his trade like Max Conway did and get used to the weekly treadmill of senior football. Clearly we have forgiven Aldershot after 1987! 🙂
  9. He's about as socialist as a fecking potato that twat.
  10. I'll log on to onion later and find one
  11. I was offered a job doing this about 3 years ago. I would describe myself as a handsome former Royal marine though. Anyway sent off my application and I was invited for an interview. I asked about the ROP as it wasn’t on the advertisement, “we can discuss that at the interview” sorry pal but I’m not paying for a return to London to go for an interview for a job that I don’t know what it’s paying. Anyway after a bit of digging it turns out they were paying £13.5 for 12 hours shifts and £16 after. Accom will be sorted on the day depending where you are but it was capped at £65 a night 😂 needless to say I fucked it off. This is similar to the rates being paid to the security lads at the hotels now. The companies with the contracts are making ridiculous profits.
  12. How would I have tackled the deportation? I would have him escorted by a couple of brick-shithouse nasty looking ex-Paras. Then, as a matter of procedure I would make the fkkr wear a parachute and spend the flight watching "how to use a parachute" films. I would have told him "any ad dabs from you and the plane will descend to 8,000 feet and you'll be kicked out and you'll have to walk, rest assured you won't be thrown out over water as we're not complete bastards" I know from experience, wearing a parachute in a plane does focus the mind somewhat and I guarantee he would have sat there as good as gold white knuckling all of the way (even if the parachute was a dummy) with the paras grinning and pointing at his rip cord.
  13. I will counter that with Burton. Free parking on the grass verges, 50 yards from the away end and was on the A road before 5pm. Only positive thing about the place.
  14. It would have been one of these Barrister types who would have told him about it and no doubt he would also benefit from it. One big fkin mess

Farage was a 'traditional Tory' the other day. Now he's a radical?

  17. I heard a legal explanation by a barrister. As much as it fucking stinks, the alternative could have been the pilot refusing to take him, and booting him off the plane. Subsequently, there would have been appeals etc; loads of legal arguments and huge costs. The usual shite. The sooner these ridiculous laws are cast out the better.

  19. Bolty will kiss boots like a serf, like all the 'visonaries' which means finally someone is more of a boreish hardon that I can get behind. Its a death rattle, not a future.
  20. Happy to keep showing him for who he is, and reminding everyone that every accusation he makes is a confession 👍.

We all knew the Tories were privileged and corrupt twats but this government got in on an anti corruption, we're one of the people ticket... it now turns out there is no difference between them and the outgoing party, the nouveau rich are the worst kind in my book

Yes its not as bad, but that doesnt mean its good. Its why most people lose faith in any politicans. No ome is expecting MPs to be angels, as the rest of society, but a 3k rent on your home that you dont live in because we pay for your home whilst you are in office? Thats bollocks whatever your politics.

Well quite. Getting money because you dont need to live there anymore for the time you are in office? Dont agree with that, and never have. But it happens all the time.

I just dont think its a great look renting out your house, then having to push up taxes in a country that is in a housing crisis. Whether is legal or not, I dont believe the chancellor, or any MP, should be allowed to profit because of their grace and favours. Its especially bad from a Labour government.
  28. Sensible policies for a happier Britain.
  29. Well it beats meeting up outside the club shop. I'll even tout the tickets. RW Vs LW - Padel To The Shore
  30. I bet that's an understatement! There are definitely fans that are happy to go it alone when nobody else can be arsed, and loads that wouldn't dream of it, if mates aren't going, they just wouldn't bother. That in itself keeps the crowd down, because some of the stay at homes would probably be happy to go if a mate was going. I've been to loads of evening or cup games on my own, I wouldn't fancy it every game but makes a bit of a change every now & again, along with sitting in a different seat/with different fans to league games. And no issues getting away after the game for this one 😀
  31. I bumped into Nolan in a pub in Notts last week, he lives near Forest's ground. He was in his Northampton gear so must have come straight from there. I wasn't going to say anything until the gf accosted him. Told him he's one of my all time heroes, he looked a bit weirded out till I said im a Bolton ST holder home and away. I said good luck at Northampton we're all rooting for you, apart from when you turn us over that is. He laughed and said I have to say that was very bittersweet. I said to be fair I didn't see you celebrating or running down the touchline like Mourinho. Wished him luck, he said nice to meet you and I nearly wet my pants. Then I went to the Forest match and watched Porto's ultras go absolutely berserk when they scored (later ruled out, fuck VAR)

  34. Still visited a Czech training camp many years ago though 😉 To be fair, the current charlatan in No.10 is an utter champagne swilling fraud like the vast majority of them who preceded him, barring a couple of notable exceptions What chance have us common folk got, when those lot on either side, repeatedly do what they do ?

  45. They’re in the process of building a new link road at the far end of the retail park, aren’t they? Think the aim is to take some pressure off the roads in to Horwich One traffic grumble I’ve definitely got is that there should be a pedestrian crossing across the northbound motorway junction. Absolute miracle nobody has been killed trying to cross there after a game.
