Hope your physio report means itโ€™s a grade 1 strain

Sure sounds like it - but it's difficult to tell from the limited info coming out from the club.

Lets get him in on Sunday thenย

He has been running ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ for the last week and should be ready to go for next Sunday. Start him and rest him second halfย

Excellent.

I'm actually starting to enjoy the idea of being in the playoffs. In theory, there's no pressure on us, the squad is largely healthy and when we play well there is nobody to fear.

It's just a matter of sorting out the "playing well" bit.

Brizzle playing their game in hand away at Shrewsbury tonight should be a good indicator of how they're going.

Iโ€™d be amazed if they win tonightย

Very little care from me. Finally a last game where thereโ€™s no pressure and can enjoy the day with a few beers. As long as the players come through unscathed i donโ€™t care if they win tonight and beat us 83-0 on Sunday. Weds or Barnsley is much of a muchnessย

I was outraged at not getting a ticket, i like Bristol, but now that it's meaningless with a Sunday 12ko, I don't mind missing it & have spent some of the saving on Wembley train tickets ๐Ÿ˜Š.

I'd give the high energy players, Charles, Bradley, Dempsey , a break, & rest any that are carrying knocks or niggles but it would be good to give Santos some game time if he's ready.

Can see an MJ, Thomasson and Lee / Shoretire midfieldย

With Shoretire having something to prove it could be a good time to play him. At least IE can use it to make a decision regarding the play-offs.ย

Reckon Morley will be in. Had a mini break. Maybe for 60 mins or maybe come on from the bench.

Balancing act isnโ€™t it. Donโ€™t want to risk the inevitable starters but you also donโ€™t want them kicking around doing nothing for a fortnight. Imagine weโ€™ll see Morley Dempsey and Sheehan for part of Sunday but weโ€™re gaining nothing by starting themย

I'm not a fan of Victor so far, but we paid big money for him and he's ours going forward. I would give him 90 mins for sure

I would, but in our first pre-season friendly.

Aye, and unless he plays a blinder I'll be disappointed if he starts in the play offs

Itโ€™s a no for me

I certainly wouldnโ€™t be looking at another loan period if offeredย

Wouldn't play shitetire again personally.ย

Unless injuries require it, then thanks but no thanks.ย

Agreed. The lad isnโ€™t ready for Lge1 football.

I'm still for our transfer policy, getting some exciting youngsters in. But regardless, next season whether we are in the championship or fighting to get promotion, I think we need some more likely solid players in, I'm not saying get loads of 30 year olds, I'm saying not getting solely 19/20 year olds in. We need a middle ground, youngish, but experienced ie Toal, Morley etc.ย

It worked for Bradley and Trafford, but Shoretire, Mbete, Beck not the players weย  need to help us get promoted.

There's been many occasions where we have looked to our bench to change things, and the options are just not at the level required.

Weve got the youngest squad in the league, which has its pros but I think we are missing that clinical, ruthless edge that more experienced players can bring.

I'm not convinced he is particularly arsed about being here.

Could well be wrong, but he seems so impetuous at times and gives away far too many free kicks with lazy tackling.

If his attacking play made up for it, then fair enough, but it hasn't. A disappointment for me, considering his build up, and a decent performance against us earlier in the season.ย

Yeah his body language does suggest he would rather not be here, but his age and lack of game time maybe the reason. The lads obviously talented. Wouldnโ€™t be against getting him back for preseasonย

If we are all going to come out with wild speculation, im going with hes struggling to come to terms with the physicality of big boys football

If he can work it out, he would be a welcome addition

If he cant, im not sure where his career goes

We should avoid loans from them. Never works.
