Anyway its a piece of pish, woolly bit of trying to grab a cheap headline bit of legislation and pretty much not inforceable, as is shown here identifying a 'hate' crime can be quite difficult or rather unless it's clear cut its can be a bit subjective. It's also not quite right to say, oooh this is just the right wing getting annoyed about nothing. I mean define a 'reasonable person' for me. Oddly, it's like a dog whistle to the left. Mocked an article that referred to" women who menstruate" Feels that as a biological woman, she wouldn't feel safe sharing facilities with transgender people, and cites her own experiences to back her opinion. To be fair, I think she has been pretty rude to trans women but she firmly believes in biological sex which is fair enough. One thing that made me think though was a caller to LBC a while back because it was from a trans woman, which she said she would always be, a trans woman not a women. But, she was nearly 70 and had breasts and a vagina, so she was horrified at the prospect of being put on a male ward if she was admitted to hospital. An isolated case at one time but there are now plenty more which I think needs thinking about. Some bloke in a swimsuit I don't have much empathy for though tbh.
