Why would the Club release a statement saying "We don't yet know the KO time of the Play Off final we might not even be playing in"? 😁 Just let the authorities confirm it ffs. It's like people are absolutely itching to find something to moan about.

People wanting to plan ahead should we get to the final it’s not moaning at all.

EFL should have confirmed the kick off time by now

Club wouldn't put a statement out if they don't yet know times.

Once they do, then a simple reference to the start times of all the games, or even a link to the efl site does no harm.

After all, we're guaranteed a semi final place, and therefore could be in the final.

If it was a pre-third round fa cup time and they out out the time of the final, then maybe they would be tempting fate.

EFL website now suggesting the 1st leg between 6th v 3rd is not on Friday night but on Saturday at 3pm...

Now that's something that needs clarifying

I don't think that anything will be confirmed until after Saturday, when the semis are confirmed.

Sky don't give a fuck about fans wanting to plan journeys, we've known that for years. They'll wait to see who's playing where before deciding ko times.

It's not moaning when you need to sort out your weekend, one way or another.

Agreed.

Type of shit that gets put on teams dressing room walls.

If folk can't Google something themselves then fuck em.

nothing is getting confirmed by the EFL or anyone until they know who is in the final

but if SKY have already decided it's being played at 5.30pm as per their website, then that's the time I'm going with for now

they'll decide anyway, not the EFL

I agree. My point is, it's nothing to do with the club.

19:45 away on a Saturday night (4th May) would be exceptionally shit.

if it's Friday night, I can go (if I get a ticket)

if it's Saturday night I can't and will have to watch on TV

so for that reason I want to finish 3rd

Could do with us finishing third for personal reasons as well... there's a facking train strike on my line on the day of the 4th team's second leg.

Why sit at home in comfort when you can have the absolute piss taken out of you trying to get to and from somewhere late on a Saturday night?

Certainly not making it easy for folk to get about.

Doesn’t affect away leg date and looks as though Northern aren’t until later in the week so shouldn’t affect home leg

It's the games in the prem etc that could affected.

Didn't read the full article, but I saw a headline that all unions had decided to strike on the bank holiday weekend, which is a bastard for anyone, not just football fans.
