I would have been more pissed off if we had lost to this lot back back in November. All that has happend is that the home & away legs of the playoffs have been reversed. I fancy our chances against any of that lot. Why am I so pissed off?

We should be playing Stevenage.

Iโ€™m not pissed off, but Iโ€™m deflated. We havenโ€™t beaten Bradford in the league home or away and weโ€™re going into the play offs on the back of a home defeat and having lost home advantage.

Bradford could have dropped out of the play offs altogether, but have won away and have home advantage. Theyโ€™ll be on a high and looking forward to it.

I noticed Sarcevic scored for them today.

That said, Iโ€™m glad weโ€™re not playing Stockport in the semi.

Like I said. I fancy our chances against any of them. It doesn't matter the order.

I'll be reet tomorrow when the Guinness has got out of my system.ย

Bradford haven't beaten us in 3 games this seasonย

Bradford posted details for away leg

ยฃ24 (tight cunts didnโ€™t reciprocate ยฃ20)

Not got behind the goal

The two touchline blocks we had last week will be home fans, and instesd weโ€™ve get the what was the home area of that stand last week, up to the Kop

Imagine if we moved our season ticket holders !ย
ย

They are putting all tickets up in a free for all, no option to buy your own seat.ย

My final prediction on this is; We beat Luton, Bradford and Stockport will get at least a point, Stevenage wonโ€™t beat Wigan and Plymouth will win.ย

Thankfully I didn't take any notice ๐Ÿ˜€

I cleaned up with Ladbrokes today, not sure they'll recover:

Wins for Wycombe, Stevenage, Lincoln, Plymouth, Stockport and Bradford 26/1.

If it goes to pens, theyโ€™ll not care about which end itโ€™s at.

Could argue weโ€™ve done a similar thing by giving them the top tier only and home fans in the lower tierย

just have to make sure it doesnโ€™t get to pens at their placeย

But 2 draws, as per the league game, takes us to penalties in front of their kop, if we get through E-T.

No getting away from the fact that we have to beat them, if it goes to E-T at their place its not happening.

And we haven't lost there in about 50 years or whatever, it counts for nothing if we don't win the 1st leg.

That's one of the differences between playing 2nd leg at home rather than away.ย  If it goes to E-T/pens, the advantage is with them.ย  If anyone thinks its not an advantage, we've won 6 away and 13 at home.

Won only 2 out the last 10 which is a tad concerning.

Which give the game before that run was the Wycombe miracle, only Bolton could get that result then proceed to end up 5th and in the play-offs asย  the teamย  in the poorest form.

Both teams will get minimum allocations in the worst parts; it makes neither financial nor, let's say psychological, sense to give them any more in the playoffs.

How the fuck have we ended up 5th.

How did it come to this?

Fucking shambles.

ย

3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th, we are still favourites for the playoffs.

We aren't doing Bradford over 2 legs with the 2nd there.

Never in a million years.

We will, mate. Trust me, it's ours.

Why not? Is this the 'crowd factor' again?

We outplayed them last week and they've scored 1 goal against us in 3 games.

Everyone can have their meltdown for the Bank Holiday, but fuck me, let's get behind them again next weekend onwards

I'm not claiming that it will happen or that I even think it'll happen, but there's a fair difference between and end of season fixture and the second leg of a play-off semi-final

Yeah, we got the result we needed to qualify for the playoffs...

Had we lost last week, we'd have finished 6th and played Bradford anyway.
