I genuinely never thought we'd have dropped this many points at this point of the season, tbh I never thought we'd drop even half of these at the end, though that was because we finished 18th in the Prem and only got relegated because we didn't have Lee or Holden (we'd have got at least 1 more point with these, regardless of how bad Coyle was)

 

Naive and thinking we'd walk it, pathetic the position Bolton are in after years in the Prem, ok 1-1 isn't bad, but once again, we can't put back to back wins together, are we the only team who hasn't in the whole football league? one of a few?

Shit first half, they came out 2nd half fired up, decent strike for goal. SKD one on one, totally fucked it up, we might as well played Billy Davies up front. SCD looked far livelier and had Alonso not been sent off by the crowd we could have won it.

38 + 27(halfish of 55)= 65 = 2nd = 2 pts behind Cardiff

 

That's what these players should be near, I may not see as much nowadays of Bolton, but I do believe these players aren't achieving what they are capable of, has there been a difference between Coyle and DF, average point wise?

Bolton have dropped 55 You said you didn't think we'd drop even half of these at the end - so you said we would drop no more than 27 (as 28 is not less than half of 55).

Never mind halfish, you're stretching an extra point there by moving away from your first stance.

 

If they dropped 27 over 46 matches that's 18 over 31 matches (18.2, but points are discrete).

 

To have dropped 18 over 31 matches would place them on 75 now, and that is 8 ahead of where the leaders are.

Picking Davies means your playing with ten because hes shite now and has been for about three years. It cost Coyle his job and it might cost Freedman. Its fucking baffling. Freedmans tactics are too negative. Hes setting us up not to concede but we always do. Why not go at them from the first minute? We are always chasing the game then he has to throw on all three subs. It looks like he doesnt know what hes doing. Any team would struggle to win a game when they only have a go in the last 20 or when were behind. If hes more positve from the off we will pick up more wins. Again today we are the best team after going behind and would have pushed for a winner if Alonso had not been sent off. Only having a go in the last 20-30 or when a goal down is not good enough. But were being educated by Dougie. Patronising as fuck. Its a simple fucking game.

I already know he's failed to get us promoted this season. 7th place or 19th is irrelevant as no TV money is involved.I'm generous enough to give another transfer window and the start of next season though.
