Whilst I disagreed with you here, I did find last nights De Bruyne send off cringeworthy.

Poor fucker having to stand there whilst all the tributes were screened. Tortuous and I felt for him. OTT.

Can't think of a more uncomfortable position to put an appreciated employee in. A simple 'Thanks for everything, have a nice life' (and possibly one lap of honour) enough for me.
