Gerrard been great player but Luverpool been better team when he's not played than when he has played for the last 2-3 years. Check the stats. This conversation has gone so far from my original comments that people originally disagreed with, that once again it's a complete and utter waste of time discussing football on here if it doesn't revolve around Bolton. My original point was that after over 800 games and 200 goals at the top level for one club, he deserved the adulation he was getting from Liverpool fans. Okocha & Djorkaeff were brilliant, but haven't done as much in England as Gerrard. But yes, fine. Let's put a Bolton spin on it instead.
