You may be basing that on current third-placers, which is obviously subject to change. There are 15 combinations of groups with third-placers qualifying (6x5/2). 7 of these combinations lead to Albania playing, 7 lead to playing third in Group D, and 1 to playing third in Group C. The final arrangement will be known at 10pm Wednesday, not before (well maybe a few minutes).
