Rangers got demoted 3 divisions for fiddling the books. Surely covering up this type of abuse is worse ? Fiddling the books is not as bad as kiddy fiddling surely. The Telegraph this week featured claims by a 55 year-old against a former world record holder (OK, it was the 4x1500m relay) who has been dead for 30 years.
