DavidLeesMullet Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 As my best mates late dad would've said of this performance "Not woth a wank". And to add insult to injury it was an ex-Bolton player that scored the winning goal, Lukas Fecking Jutkiewicz. We're going to struggle to stay up at this rate, and think that Parkinson's time is up as I dont think he can take the team any further (Apart from down that is) So regretfully for the sake of the club's future I say Parkinson Out!!! jmjhb Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 (edited) I don't think a rocket up the arse would help because we are that poor. Barnsley start picking up points and that's us gone. We have absolutely nothing, apart from scabbing a goal off someone's arse off a free-kick Edited April 3, 2018 by jmjhb Quote
Didledee Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 Tbale hasn't changed but expect it to look a lot worse come 5 on Saturday. Quote
Guest Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 Probably the poorest home game of the season. Whst was the point of bringing Kirchoff on if we were going to keep going long?. Wilbraham should of been on last sub. Parky got that wrong. We needed a presence alongside Clough and Alf . Ameobi wasn't that presence . Having to throw beevers up top at the end whilst wilbraham was sat on the bench was just fucking stupid. Henry did his hamstring. Quote
jules_darby Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 Henry did his hamstring.Looked like Kirchhoff did n all. He certainly pulled up oddly at one point tracking back I bet Alf has neck ache Quote
dusan nikolic Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 Henry did his hamstring. A gamble to risk him that looks to have backfired ( although I would of probably took that risk before the game). Quote

waffer cup 07 Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 Ameobi needs a rest.If were going to play long ball stick the smallest man on the field in the centre, joke. Birmingham were crap and we couldn't even get a shot on target in 95 minutes. Quote
SnoopJohnnyJohn Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 It's easy to stop us getting shots on target when all 11 Birmingham players are allowed to use their hands in the box. I counted at least 3 occasions where we could have had a penalty. Quote
DavidLeesMullet Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 Re Marc505 To be honest don't know at the moment. Can't think of anybody good enough, desperate enough or maybe stupid enough to take this thankless task on. Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted April 3, 2018 Author Posted April 3, 2018 (edited) Funny how Brum fans celebrating and were doom n gloom yet we’re still above them in the table. Edited April 3, 2018 by Mounts Kipper Quote

Guest Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 Re Marc505 To be honest don't know at the moment. Can't think of anybody good enough, desperate enough or maybe stupid enough to take this thankless task on. Parky has got the best out of a very limited group of players. I don’t think anyone else who would agree to take this job on would do any better. We missed Madine tonight. They just lumped it at their strikers but we couldn’t do the same. Playing football under pressure with limited players is tough. And we found that out tonight. Quote
Underpants Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 (edited) We'll, that was a bit wank wasn't it. Edited April 3, 2018 by Underpants Quote

I think the only ones being stupid would be those sacking a manager with 6 games left and with the team with its destiny very much in its own hands. Far from over this, it was far from over after we beat Villa. Quote

But think it's time to have some new blood in to give the team a good shake up, inject some faith and belief in the players and come up with a credible back up plan or three. Quote
victor meldrew Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 just fuck off parkinson , out fought , out manoeuvered by the only team with a worse away record than us. hoof ball is shit , especially with 2 5 ft strikers upfront Quote

It’s time for the owners to find a way to finance a football team fit to represent this town. When and if they do I’m more than happy to let Parky have a go- he’s earned a chance. Until then we are just living hand to mouth and hoping. Quote

worthy10 Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 We have previous for not performing at home in must win games this season. The first half tactics were shit. Buckley is a fucking coward.but with a small striker why play so narrow? Surely get to the by line a cross it? We had a terrible start to the season and our players looked the scrap heap freebies that they are tonight.so different to villa at home. Surely we can't fuck it up from here. Barnsley game is massive........oh dear. Quote

DavidLeesMullet Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 Who? Since you're the man with the plan, who? If you'd bothered to read my earlier comments I said I didn't know. But something needs to be done before we return to the doldrums of 30 ish years ago. If we get relegated, can't see us bouncing back up again like last time. We haven't got any strength in depth.
