We could lose every game til forest

Win that and it would require Barnsley to win 3 of last 7

I don't see them winning 3

Looking for crumbs of comfort

Keep reminding myself I'd have been ok with a draw

kind of agree

They do have a few teams to play who have packed up for the season though

what’s that got to do with tonight?

The serial deniers won't have it that we miss him on occasion

One occasion was tonight

If we stay up it's fantastic business

If we dont, it's awful

Extremely worried now, are away form is shit so don't see any points TBH all we can hope for is Barnsley messing up. Birmingham did right by bringing in Monk too late for us to change .

most worrying performance for a long while but would have been a lot more worried if that had been v barnsley

we've a week to plot a win v the wall i'll spend that week in benners and forget about tonight as everyone else should do

erase and put it in the bin with the many other times we've not turned up

come next tuesday thought he'd better have a plan b where we can at least manage the odd shot on target

You’d rather they kick to their end second half? Hate that with big followings. Always seems to make it harder.

Actually meant the other way round haha

Said it before, but giving away fans 5k tickets and the whole end behind the goal gives them the advantage tonight. I know there's no alternative.

I'm not sure what came first tonight, the negativity on the pitch or the negativity off it. Totally flat performance and atmosphere.

There were two pricks behind me moaning from the off. Moaning when we lumped it, moaning when we didn't get it in the mixer quicker, moaning at the subs, moaning at fuckin everything. Further down my row there was one cunt reading his programme on 81 minutes when he had a corner.

It's like nobody could be arsed tonight. Was the same last season when we had an offer on.

We didn't have a midfield tonight, they did a job on us big style. It was crying out for some creativity, karacan or morias etc. Yet we stick 8 stone clough on the left wing and bring on the German. Really strange decisions from the manager sometimes.

We will stop up, but that tonight was shite. They made it shite and snatched a win. Fair play to their manager, they obviously did their homework.

Next two games are fookin huge.

To be fair, we were there rather than looking at a game through the lens of a camera. We get to see things you don't ever see from your computer screen. The lack of movement, the lack of back up, the lack of leadership, the lack of fucking everything.

Firstly, I wasn't referring to the game. I was referring to the "Parkinson out", "We're going down", "The end is nigh" brigade that pop up every time we don't win a game (who, honestly, I'm not convinced WERE there).

For what it's worth it was a really shit game from both teams, and there were very fine margins. They stole a goal with their first shot on target (only their second shot of the game at that point) and after that we had to chase it.

As I've said, we could have easily been given a penalty 3 times today which might have changed the entire face and flow of the game - not that we deserved anything going on the game overall.

Alfie is more than enough for us to score goals in this league, but not if he's trying to bring down balls from orbit every time.

Bad game plan today, and zero points as a result, but I'm not convinced Barnsley can catch us - so I'm not worried. I'll be happy with 21st.

Like to know what little and robinson have done wrong, we are missing their pace down the flanks . Back to basics with wheater in the middle . The Pratley / Henry injuries have crippled us of our only 2 leaders, if we get them fit we will be ok.

I'd mentioned that the sale of Madine is going to bite us on the arse.

Gary Madine wouldn't have made a blind bit of difference to that result tonight.

Do we have to have this bollocks every game?

Posted

If Henry is out for a few games that's us well in the shit Vela league 1 player at best and Ameobi done feck all since Bristol City.

Anybody who went tonight has every right to be pissed off with that performance.

Can’t expect us all to be happy and chirpy, have a right to voice an opinion, even if it is negative.

I want to say we have this very much in our hands, but tonight has really put a downer on most of us Wanderers fans.

You're just being daft

If our only ball is beevers lumping it he'd be our best option on the end of it

I know you know that so why deny it

Didn't think we could play worse than v Burton but we certainly did. Horrendous from start to finish, Parky missed a trick tonight, if ever a night was made for as big a physical team as he could put out and a lump up front tonight was it. They put a big strong team out who were going to run, head and kick for 95 minutes, we might as well have matched them.

He may be limited, but why Wilbraham didn't make it onto the pitch at any point was mind boggling. The change to put Ameobi up front was pointless, he isn't there to win headers and flick balls on, nor is he capable. Kirchhoff's cameo was an embarrassment, as soon as he tried to do something other than trot hamstring went and we ended up effectively with 10 for last 10 mins.

Biggest area where we've been found out this season is going up and trying to hack it with defenders who are just about Championship standard at stopping goals but barely League 1 with the ball at their feet. Beevers was absolutely dire tonight, no confidence whatsoever to do anything other than that diagonal hoof in the vague direction of the big bloke who left in January.

Only crumb of comfort to cling on to is that, based on how badly we struggle to break down poor sides at home, maybe we might actually find it easier to play Barnsley and Burton away, let them come on to us and play on break.

Not giving up yet by any means but that was a seriously concerning and depressing night

Funny how Brum fans celebrating and were doom n gloom yet we’re still above them in the table.

Might be because theyve won 3 on the bounce with 3 clean sheets under a new manager

Whereas we've won 1 in 7

Yes, if the team are still insistent on hoofing a high ball up front despite the lack of a big fucker.

I’d love to know what our points return looks like when Pratley has featured vs the games he has missed (this season)

Think we really miss him in the middle of the park

Tell you what we miss in my book and that is the combination of Mark Little and Ameobi - think I am right in saying that in 17 games they have started we have won 6 drew 7 and only lost 4

Why was it our only ball?

Would be a better question than the shite about Madine

Could say the same about why Wilbraham didn’t play in that case

if that is aimed at me, i say what i see

we are set up week in week out not to con seed

we are not good enough

shit tactics every week

we are the worst team in this division
