First call taxis in Bolton are offering free lifts to over 65s tomorrow

Think I’ve found my alternative to the bus (see my post In socialising) They never believe me though, I have to show proof of age with these senior offers.😊

mrs knows this woman who runs a cafe (in the park where i did my stakeout) - she served two squaddies today, and before today in all the time she's ran her cafe she's never served a squaddie

So you successfully complete your part of the mission without breaking cover and he ups the stakes and calls in the army and the useless fuckers are spotted straightaway???? Pffftt. Amateurs compared to you Zico

Just shut the boozers for fuck’s sake.

Fuck that - Keep them open

Pub nearest me has shut its doors voluntarily, that said, it was more a food pub than a boozer

Loca boozers down here (Cotswolds) have been hammered the last few days

Military on the m6 around Morecambe way yesterday.

If they're on standby, perhaps they have to put some of them at strategic points.

And dull as fuck😁

No Standard in London tonight, all very strange out there, had to go into the office to pick up a new laptop. Wetherspoons at Kings Cross seemed pretty full though.

Had 120 bog rolls delivered today as well (got them for free as part of some odd deal about three weeks ago, as we seem to constantly run out of them) So we've dropped some off at the local foodbank with a load of other stuff, given them out down to the rest of the street. Bog roll gifting - madness.

Mrs goes down to 50% pay next month - its really tough for everyone - just grateful I don't just work on theatre and music gigs and that our gaming team are keeping the group healthy, but the other half does all West End, shut for a minimum of 12 weeks. People still buying tickets for exhibitions, did 18k this week on one which wasn't much, but more than I thought.

4th day of home working and its boring as anything. Even started up a virtual pub for the business and everyone has bitten my hand off!

Meanwhile, in Spain.

Just rode past a couple of pubs they seemed pretty busy

Now more than ever they need to legalise weed.

People are freaking the fuck out. Bit of weed will calm folk down.

You maybe need to start panic buying....

I remember being told many years ago that the M25 was designed to carry tanks. The idea being that they could trundle round and cordon off London, for when the Russians invaded.

Good effort on the bog roll fella nice touch 👍

Just done a triple whammy myself......actually walked to the supermarket, food shelves were a tad sparse but got my favourite wine, so contributing to the no pub embargo.

Got back and will allow the better half to do the dishes every 2 hours whilst washing her hands.

Saving water whilst protecting her......ethical chauvinist 😷

We'll end up recreating that iconic scene in Tiananmen Square and this tine the bloke in front of the tank will have a 12 pack of Andrex in his hand.

Just listening to practice nurses triaging calls in primary care. 'Isolate, isolate, isolate' all day.
