A BWFC flag spotted with "Adderbury" across the middle. That's a beautiful little village with 4 pubs about 3 miles south of where I live in Banbury. Wanderers fans everywhere!

Quicker, be willing to take someone on rather that happy to go sideways.

Genuine width, and left footers on the left.

Put the ball in earlier for the most effective goalscorer England has had, to attack.

Change to two or even three up top as an alternative.

Make the pitch as big as possible dragging people out of position with some overlapping.  Can't do it with soppy inverted fullbacks.

Couldnt agree more..... Jordan Henderson wtf? Whatever his past successes he's 35 in 10 days time and went off to play Sunday league football for big bucks .....if we can't find somebody 10yrs younger to stand in the centre circle and play 10 yard sideways passes then we may as well pack it in.
