These poor cunts are tortured because they've been 100% convinced they've "lost" something, but they have no idea what.

To be fair, I know they are easily mocked but it does relate to a bigger issue, in the fact that there is a section of society just don't feel listened to - thats what Brexit did. I'm not saying we have to pander to these views but we/society/our leaders should do more to make them feel as though they had a voice because they feel society has left them behind and they live in places that also have been left behind. Self-inflicted damage like Brexit doesn't really matter when you don't have much to lose in the first place.

I think there’s a certain irony in that there will have been downtrodden, disaffected folk ever since people started pledging allegiance to their individual cave, and yet in the last decade these people have never had a greater platform or voice.

Maybe this is an example of 2 tier policing?

2 x celebrations, both with similar numbers (though one group is more diverse) both in London ,

1 group  (which had previous for attacks on the police) again attack the police with bricks, planks and fireworks. No police horses wading in no riot police playing pile on. Police arrested one 15 year old boy.

Now I did try to find a source that certain posters would  be happy with but I couldn’t find any mention of these riots in the guardian.

Kind of, but I sense its something different at the moment. We've been through the western libreal consensus which was progressive and did work for many but if you weren't in larger cities and educated up to a certain level the more traditional blue-collar roles started to die off as internationalism became a main driver and therefore communities across the world have been left to die of the vine. Which you then see a growth of the Populist - or demagogic - leaders - Trump, Johnson, Le Penn, Putin actually saying they are the ones that listen and their row back on all the changes they don't like - most of which are progressive but basically come down to economics.

The liberal centre became arrogant to think who wouldn't like all the changes but its happened too rapidly for some and they are still floundering in the wake of that change. Its also by 'Woke' can stand for anything, its basically short hand for Libral Centerism (hence why the far left also do well in these conditions - see Corybn)

Not sure why you refer to the St George celebrations as Demos and protests? What were they protesting?

Because one of the organisers made a 5 minute video before, saying that we are gathering for our country, to stand against the indoctrination of our youth by the woke agenda.

There were also a load of speakers there saying similar things throughout.

I posted it a while ago. But don’t worry, I won’t call you a ‘spaz’ if you’ve not read every page on every thread 😁

The lass at start is the is the best 😁 “we’re a coffee nation not a tea nation anymore”

Bring back tea - English Breakfast Defence League

Majority seem to say they’re there for political motivations. Nothing wrong with that, but according to some it was just a St. George celebration.

The thing about events like this, is they're never going to paint the people involved in a good light, especially those too stupid to realise they're having the piss taken out of them on camera. Only scumbags, thickos, attention seekers and poorly educated people go on these kind of events. It's about time they banned them altogether, or (and I don't know how it could be done) but make sure those attending pay for the policing that is inevitably required

London white will be along shortly saying you can’t ban  them because of a minority.

Im sure it could be done if the right people wanted them banned.
