My screenshot was to highlight the lad was tasered and face down on the floor and no longer posing a threat

For me that is clear

What isn't clear to me is what your asking

You've then gone on to make a guess that his taser is broken so booting him in the head is ok

But honestly, I don't know what he's doing

Neither do I for sure but I reckon a half decent solicitor can use that in his favour .

How do you know he’s not a threat, a split second later (you won’t see this in a screen shot) he’s moving. It’s unlikely he can arrest him (like you suggested) because of numbers. Did he try to taser him again but his weapon was fucked? Highly possible  hence the boot.

I think it is another copper that tasers the guy. One of the women he had just been hitting. The copper might taser the lad who is sat down that had been attacking him just before.

There is a lot more mitigation for the coppers action based on the video than for the 'victims'.

I’m not defending the “victims”. I don’t think they are victims and I’ve said they should go down for a long time based on what I’ve seen (although that’s for the criminal justice system to decide).

But I also believe the copper went too far and should also face the consequences (if any) of his actions. He’s been suspended and he’s facing a criminal investigation. If that process clears him, justice has been done.

Agree with all that , not sure anyone could disagree.
The sad thing is that people on both sides will  say the criminal process is bias against their side and in favour of the other.

People on Twitter calling for Yvette Cooper to resign for some reason. And Andy Burnham.

Sod the CJS, we need Twitter and the Court of WanderersWays to decide. It would be a boring message board if we didn’t give our two pennies’ worth 😄

Just on this point, the full video footage would indicate he's about to come round from the stun of the taser

There's a fair possibility he'd have presented a threat once again seconds later

I’d have not stopped stamping on his head for 5 minutes.

i think the copper has total mitigation based on the twatting they’d just received

they HAD to regain control of a situation that looked like it was spiralling out of control

none of us on here would even contemplate going for police officers like that.

Hence why cuffs is the next step

Anyway

I still want to know what they did and where the pepper sprayed lads come into it and the full timeline

So looking forward to more videos and info

It's now a good story we can just enjoy without the race card coming into play

Been a pleasant surprise to see that not ACAB round here

Disgraceful. Clearly not all Muslims though. And I would hope that is a very serious breach of electoral law.

Kinell, how's he doing?

I heard a tale recently, that crime groups target prison officers where one or more of their members are incarcerated.

Not directly violence, but the threat of it to their family etc.

Supposedly, plenty leave the job.

Maybe Athywhite will know.

Prison staff (not just officers but civvies as well) have to be wary at all times due to threats against them, in the nineties we had the Manchester gang culture and we even had Puppy Dog Adair so we knew the dodgy mates would try to influence how they were looked after, we were properly trained in those days to stand up to these people, training is different today there are more training sessions on Diversity than Security, plus the fact a lot of new staff are very young and often female who last about a year in the job, as we have al seen the numerous reports about illicit encounters does not bode well, you only do something once for a con and they have you in their pocket

Genuinely shocked R :rolleyes2:

The fooktards who have foisted this PC/woke/diversity-inclusivity bollocks upon us want stringing up. Then drawn and quartered just to make sure.

Andy Burnham has been pretty sensible about the whole thing as I suspect he knows more than most. I also suspect he was having a dig at ‘other’ politicians on this clip.

Must say the he comes across as very sensible almost all of the time. Seems to genuinely care about the North West and works for its overall betterment. I could almost find myself voting for him if he was my local representative even though I have an instinctive strong anti red reflex (hard to believe, I know).

I apologised, and agreed you'd raised some very reasonable and considered points. 🤷‍♂️

Islam Twitter seems to have gone back to simply being anti-Semitic, waffling on about Gaza and Manchester airport must never have happened.

we can just let the law do law things again now.

We had him as wing orderly, he kept the dick heads in check, his dad used to come visiting, always polite and pleasant, Puppy Dog showed us his bullet wounds in his knees where he had been kneecapped
