I wasn’t saying he should never train… just wrap him in cotton wool this next few weeks…lads a fit lad i wouldn’t train him for a couple of weeks and nurse him through until season end. captainmed
We’ll win tomorrow but can’t help feeling we’ll have to win at Peterborough too and we simply won’t. Our away form against the teams currently in the top 13 is: Won: 1 (ONE). Drawn: 5 Lost: 5. Unbelievably awful.

Peterborough have 5 games in 14 days… some tough games and 3 on the road, can see Oxford at least getting a draw off them tomorrow, to beat us on the back of those 4 games is a tall order. We beat Pompey and I think momentum will get us over the line. Edited April 12 by Mounts Kipper

The one was at Lincoln, so none against 11 men then 😀 Never mind, the season starts here, fresh start, none of the previous games against top half clubs count one bit any more. 3 home wins and 1 away and its all done. In a game where both teams are renowned for high possession passing games, which may cancel each other out, someone with individual flair might be the key to break this stalemate. I’m not. That they offer something different, is clear to most people. In the round, this might suggest a 50:50 call dependent on tactics and/or opposition. However, it’s my belief that both Maghoma and Thomason are more effective on the left, with Dempsey at his best on the right. Maghoma or Thomason is an equally valid debate, for me. Not for me. Maghoma and Thomason. I wanna win the game tomorrow.
