From those chatting around me, it's solely season ticket holders having trouble buying tickets for other family members when there's been no issue in the past. A non STH had just been turned away. The system had reserved my ticket and a mates in my network but not Mrs DEs. Sacked it off in the end and bought my own and a random one elsewhere in the stand for her. Just curious - this ’ere 5pm deadline today, which the website says is “when (non ST) seats go on general sale to all supporters with a club eticketing account”………….then who else is this apart from STH and club members who could buy tickets from the start anyway? Leyther_Matt Posted May 1 Share Posted May 1 In his defence I will say that I’d consider it a matter of course to open all weekend. Although the demand will have calmed by then. The assign/manage issue has been a pending issue for ages, as has the number of season tickets being allocated to multiple CRNs, but there hasn’t necessarily been the will or resources to be proactive about it because it’s never cropped up at a serious level until now. As I posted on the other thread, it doesn’t help that it’s so rare for season ticket holder seats to be reserved for all-pay games so people just aren’t used to the process. Similarly, so many season tickets are renewed by phone or in person that folk have no idea of (completely logically) having to link accounts. If we get to the final then sales will be a piece of piss as tickets will be back to an assign level rather than manage so Poundland Yaxley is barking up the wrong tree with that one, and there will be zero need for fulfilment as they will all be digital tickets. I think it will be just 18k on but I've been pleasantly surprised by all our attendances the last 2 years so I'm hoping I will be again.
