Two 3-minute hydration breaks to be introduced - between the first and second (and third and fourth) quarters.

Mandatory even if the temperature is cool in some places i.e. an advert break

As I have predicted for ages. Effectively playing 'quarters'.

It'll be bigger nets next. Then banning draws.

We shouldn't let non-footballing nations run World Cups no matter what money they bring.

In fact LESS money would help the sport recentre itself.

How do you define non footballing nations?

Given England's national sport is cricket

The one that declares their national league winners world champions as no one else daft enough to play their half baked advertisement enabling games.

We shouldn't let America run the 'soccer' world cup anyway.

It will be two points for acorner and  five for a goal. We'll have 9-7 wins every four hours. The new length of a match.

They don't like one - zero score liness them crackpots.

Well the USA, who really see it as a girls game and oooh, let's say Canada for starters.

You've just defined the World Mens Rounders series, between America and a token Canadian team.

Well it's a game of 4 quarters Jim anything can happen in the second quarter or even the 3rd or 4th

Having watched an NBA game live and in person you could rock up in the 4th quarter and it'd make no difference.

The category allocation and prices for tickets is laughable at every stage.

Just scandalous on every level isn't it.

People saying stadiums will be half full, but they won't be. Fifa knows people will pay it, they know they could charge England or Scotland fans 5k a game and they'd still turn up, because that's what they do. Completely taking advantage of fan loyalty.

I know it's not likely but I'd love the Mexico and Canada games to be full but those in the US to have loads of empty seats.

I am not so sure, the prices are so extreme I can see plenty of empty seats. Iran v New Zealand , Austria v Jordan ante anmong the less attractive games.
Uzbekistan , Curacao and Cape Verde won’t be bringing many and once the first tier cheaper tickets go the price rocket.

Saw a post on Facebook where an England fan is planning to go with missus and 3 kids I think travelling round as cheap as possible and cheap hotels and it will cost getting on for £50k if they go to all the games.

He will be delighted two child cap has been raised.

I was really looking forward to this World Cup ... but they can stick it up their arses now.

Thieving Mickey Mouse shagging Septic arseholes aren't having a dime of my money that I'd saved up for to enjoy this tournament.

I'll be watching both this one (and the next one) in Spain.

Cheap ale, big screens in town centres, great atmosphere. FIFA can fucking well jam it.
