Popular Post batton carrier Posted May 8 Popular Post Posted May 8 I dont care if we play 4,5,1. 3,6,1 . 2,5,3 or 0,0,10. All i ask is that the team turns up gives it 100% and hands these fuckers their own arses on a plate.. All I can promise is that i will be in my seat at 8pm and shout and chear like a twat until the ref blows full time. The rest of it is beyond our control. Coyfwm Quote

Those situations have brought out the best in us by far this season. If we're a goal or 2 up we will naturally drop deep and I don't trust our defence to hold out and once they get any momentum with a fired up home crowd it will be incredibly difficult to turn around. Give over Quote
Domcarey1 Posted May 8 Posted May 8 Drove past the ground earlier today, the Kenny skips near the fanzone had an ambulance near it, is this a sign 😉 i have a funny feeling that McAtee plays a big part in these play offs….. Quote

TroySwoosh Posted May 8 Posted May 8 We'll be 3-0 up at half time and totally dominated them and I'll still be worried about the 2nd half 🫤 Quote

I accept on reflection it's a poor outlook, probably nerves combined with pessimism based on what we've seen under certain circumstances this season. Edited May 9 by Eagle85 Quote
Popular Post Eddie Posted May 9 Popular Post Posted May 9 (edited) And so it begins. Can’t wait, this is what it’s all about, 2 massive games in a week with the prize of a Wembley trip and all the excitement that comes with it. One thing you can guarantee with us is that we won’t make it easy, we aren’t going to win 3-0, 2-0 and cruise it but based on our ability to continuously find a way this season I back us to be booking trains, planes and hotels come Friday. In the pub from 3 (usually drive / sober at home games), more of us going, different seats, Saturday night game - feels like a big occasion! I won’t make a score prediction but my one prediction for these games - ACD will rise to the occasion and be the difference. I seriously hope we get the chance to see him with all that space on a perfect Wembley pitch. Edited May 9 by Eddie Quote
desperado Posted May 9 Author Posted May 9 Team prediction time. Knowing that Kenny is out and the likelihood that Dalby will start on the bench, It’s going to be an interesting call for the front line. I’m going for Mcatee behind Burstow. I’d be surprised if any of the others don’t start. Quote

barrycowdrill Posted May 9 Posted May 9 The same still applies today. That’s our job, let the lads do theirs Quote

bwfc4ife Posted May 9 Posted May 9 Personally despite Cissoko’s last couple games, I’d be tempted to start with Gale on the left. Whilst Cissoko skinned the shit out of that full back fuck all came from it, I think Gales pace will cause him all sorts of problems getting in behind time and again. Dalby has to start along with Kenny (I’m calling BS on these rumours) Quote

Cissoko is probably our most in-form player, two goals in his last 3 appearances and as you say he was brilliant at Bradford - you can be brilliant without directly scoring or assisting. His mere presence that day positively affected our performance. Would be crazy IMO to leave him out, especially for a player like Gale, who is very much out of form. As for Kenny - plan and predict without him, cause he’s out. Quote
