Casino Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 i could point out losing 4-2 after being 2-0 up suggests our manager is 'tactically naive' but i wont
Mounts Kipper Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Fabregas now takes over my number 1 hated player the cheating big nosed spanish twat.
HomerJay Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 (edited) didn't see the first jussi was no doubt fuming and lost concentration after the assault talk of dropping him, ffs and homo, davies is far from my favourite player, but for 30 minutes post half time he was unplayable 30 min in a game isnt enough. plus my post was at about 60 mins. where he had been missing for the 1st 15 mins of the 2nd half. he then proceeded to look less and less interested as the half went on. and the 1st 15 when he gave the ball away numerous times. many, many attacks (on the floor) break down at davies. his ball control is laughable. at least he used to run about a bit, but now he doesnt even do that. all he is good for is a long ball into the box. yet every cunt moans when we do that. make your fukcin minds up! Spider Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Gallas and Wiley aside, we had a go and that at least is a positive to take. However, we are in the shit and the scousers have decided to look half-arsed about winning again tonight so Burnley ranks as a must win with fucking great big bells on.
athywhite1958 Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 I'm gutted, great first half performance, that f**kin Gallas has got to be 'done' by the FA, can't they do him retrospectively because the ref didn't bother doing owt? Another big club ref, cnut.
Werder barmen Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 (edited) its pissing me off why all the pundits are looking past the disgusting over the top of the ball challenge on mark davies..when clearly if we had done that to mr 'angel' fabregas there would be an up-roar sky sports news "davies taken off after gallas caught his ankle" caught his ankle FUCK OFF! im livid overall we deserved more...we seem more of a team now with coyle in.. Edited January 20, 2010 by Werder barmen
cbwfcd Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Dirty bastard took out our best player, from then on it was easy for them. M Davies couldn't tackle for shit when he first came, won plenty challenges tonight. Noticed Coyle said something to Wenger while shaking hands.
HomerJay Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 mark davies was very good. i wonder if wenger saw the challenge? if i hear him say "i didnt see it", im gonna drive down there and shit on his head!
mickbrown Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Quite funny Just watching the highlights now. Comiong off at halftime Cahill to Steinson - "fucking front post for fucks sake"
Arrested development Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 its pissing me off why all the pundits are looking past the disgusting over the top of the ball challenge on mark davies..when clearly if we had done that to mr 'angel' fabregas there would be an up-roar sky sports news "davies taken off after gallas caught his ankle" caught his ankle FUCK OFF! im livid overall we deserved more...we seem more of a team now with coyle in.. Overall we played well. Wiley screwed us with that decision. The FA has to look at that, especially if Mark Davies has a really serious injury. People are also being too harsh on jussi. He kept us in the game at times. Just because a player scores at the near post doesn't always mean it is the keepers fault. It was a good finish by Rosicky. I'd prefer to lose like this, with us having a chance, than sitting back and losing anyway.
newquay central Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Thats a fucking shocker by gallas and sorry but Jussis had a mare , just hope Davies is ok as he looked good tonight
Jiminiho.3 Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 As he has done so often in recent weeks, Gallas stormed forward to supplement to the attack. The Frenchman's challenge on Mark Davies won the ball but left the Bolton midfielder in a heap. Gallas played on and eventually Fabregas bundled his way through a couple of half-hearted challenges on the edge of the area before sliding an angled shot through the legs of Jaaskelainen and into the far corner. While Arsenal celebrated, the keeper raced to the referee to protest. Gallas had appeared to tread on Davies' ankle and, after lengthy treatment, the youngster was carried off. thats what the wankers put on their official site, bollocks
Barnstoneworth White Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 (edited) Surprise, surprise, Wenger didn't see the tackle by Gallas just confirmed on Sky. He did say however that he wants to compile a list of all tackles in the two matches and do a comparison Also, Davies is on crutches awaiting the x-ray results Edited January 20, 2010 by Barnstoneworth White
Smiley Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 He did say however that he wants to compile a list of all tackles in the two matches and do a comparison But how many of his players are in A&E tonight? There were a lot of Arsenal fouls this evening. But then there are fouls and then there are incidents of violent conduct. Gallas' challenge bordered on the latter.
briannz Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Just watched full replay of game on tv here, first of all i think we played very good today no really bad performances, and some good football played. I think critisising any of the players today is a bit unfair, altho jussi had a couple of bad moments i think we should remember what the guy has done for us over the years before we critisise too much. As for that tackle by Gallas it was as bad a tackle as i have seen for a long time he was nowhere near the ball he went right over the top, he needs banning and if Wenger sticks up for him he is as guilty as him.
snackum Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 Just back from the game. Great effort from us. Shows the gap in quality but I thought we did well. Alan Wiley. Cunt.
RUREADY2ROLL Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 30 min in a game isnt enough. plus my post was at about 60 mins. where he had been missing for the 1st 15 mins of the 2nd half. he then proceeded to look less and less interested as the half went on. and the 1st 15 when he gave the ball away numerous times. many, many attacks (on the floor) break down at davies. his ball control is laughable. at least he used to run about a bit, but now he doesnt even do that. all he is good for is a long ball into the box. yet every cunt moans when we do that. make your fukcin minds up! The last 25 mins I would agree with you about Davies as he had run himself to the ground and was completely ineffective - before that he was tremendous and I was there to witness he efforts Yussi was very poor today apart from a few half decent saves. He should have stopped the first two goals IMO Their equaliser was a joke as Gallas went straight through Mark Davies to get the ball and how that idiot of a referee did not see it I am amazed. We played excellent for the first 30 minutes but once the panic sets in we just cant cope and lose our shape completely - Owen Coyle hopefully will sort this as its been a problem all season. The full backs are bobbins and we all asked for Steinson back but watching him in the last two games (I know its Arsenal) the guy is dodgy and although Robinson puts a good tackle in now and then he is not to be seen at times. Mark Davies for me was our MOTM until his injury - his replacement is not worth talking about and I dont think he should even be in the Bury reserves Matty Taylor was slightly better than Sunday but again he did little and also Cohen was not in the game Thought the rest of them was very good tonight including Zat Knight although he could have got closer to Rosisky for their first goal Its from here that we can judge them but without any signings we are definately going to be walking the tightrope to stay up
bolton va va Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 Just back from Emirates, First half, we outplayed Arsenal & deserved the 2-0 lead. The 5 across midfield worked really well with Muamba man marking Fabregas,, Cohen tackling well, SKD won the aerial battle & M.Davies & Lee supported SKD & ran at defenders superbly. Their goal just before h-t gave them hope ,but imo the big turning point was the Davies injury. It looked a nasty tackle & nasty injury straight away, but the referee played on & Arsenal scored the equaliser. After Davies was carried off we were never the same- though we didn't fold ,& created some half chances- but it was no shock that Arsenal scored again. This isn't the first time that these cheating bastards have kicked a Bolton player out of a game - but if we did that to Fabregas there'd be uproar. A nice touch at the end ,was OC coming across the pitch to the fans -& the majority of Bolton fans stayed behind to applaud the players & manager.
jules_darby Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 Regarding the debate on Kevin Davies He hasn't been great this season IMO But remember last night, he played up top...alone...versus the form team in the league...at their place...and for much of the game with them chasing it This means facing your own goal, being in "receipt" of rushed clearances and difficult balls to keep, it means chasing and harrassing I don't know of any player I'd rather have doing it than K Davies And I thought his performance, whilst not his best ever or most effective in terms of attacking influence, was admirable and as much as we could possibly expect
Athywhite_Mike Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 K Davies played well yesterday. M Davies was superb as he was against United at OT earlier in the season. If and when fit, I think he should start more games. Very confident on the ball and a good passer. He actually runs towards the oppositions goal and has their defenders on the back foot. I was very impressed with M Davies yesterday as I was when he played at OT. Looks like he could be out for a while though which is a massive shame both for us and the lad. Gallas - C*nt Wenger - C*nt Arsenal FC - Set of shithouses
Take Hunt Off Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 Watched the match 'live',in a bar in Germany with some cardboard cutout Arsenal fans in the background , I was fookin livid after thst tackle & their second goal all the neutrals in the bar thought it was a travesty too, there were a few verbals but I managed to keep my old body in check because one of the turds was mouthing off a bit & really needed a smack in the gob. However this morning after a skinfull & on reflection Jussi probably cost us a point .He should have stopped the first goal & irrespective of the Davies incident he was beaten again on his near post with a soft one through his legs . Generally we defended quite well but the way forward is without Muamba & McCann Shame about Davies he was our best player until Gallas did him
athywhite1958 Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 Dirty bastard took out our best player, from then on it was easy for them. M Davies couldn't tackle for shit when he first came, won plenty challenges tonight. Noticed Coyle said something to Wenger while shaking hands. He either said, "When can Jack Wilshire come to the 'bok" or "you cheating French cunt, Gallas is a big dirty twat and I'm gonna knock your fuckin head off"
Latham8WFC Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 Just about to head back north from my hotel near Marble Arch. Thought the overall performace from last night was positive, however I can understand how Burnley haven't picked up any away results under OC this season, I admired the attacking approach but we can't afford to throw away 2 goal leads even against clubs like Arsenal. In hind-sight he should have made sure we went in with a 2 goal lead at half time and then set his tactics to make sure we were solid for the first 15 mins of the second half when Arsenal would have got forward to get back into the game. Mark Davies and SKD were very good, SKD tired towards the end. Knight has looked alot steadier, although he should have closed Rosicky down quicker for there first goal but overall was better than previous performances. Both full backs need looking at, not good enough defensively and that has to be there first priority rather than going forward. Need 3 points against Burnley on Tuesday, and how the fuck Wiley missed Gallas's challenge on Davies is beyond me, if the boot was on the other foot there would be a National debate about 'Dirty Bolton' ruining free flowing Arsenal's football.....Cockney twats !!
Zico Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 I thought Jussi played well in the first half before the goal and for about 10 mins before half time that goal were coming a mile off anyway played well arsenal were v good shocking tackle, that moment may or may not have turned the game but even when we went 2-0 up I still didn't fancy the points
