Change Of Owner?

So basically we are losing money every month.

Neither of the dodgy duo are prepared to stick long term funding in. Probably do not have enough anyway.

Is there any new news ?

No, We'll just have to wait till lunchtime for the chairman's daily tirade against his business rivals on the club website.

There is also £4m plus accrued interest owed to Sports Shield (DH). When buying his shares DH took out a loan between SS and Blu Marble for £5m at 24% per annum interest. He then loaned the club £4m from SS (there's a point about £1m of 'expenses' being deducted which I can't figure out where that has gone). The loan from SS to the club is to be paid back in Mar-18, however the original loan between SS and Blu Marble was to be repaid in Mar-16 and has not been repaid! Although the loan from Blu Marble is not owed by the club, Deano has managed to secure the whole £5m on the clubs assets (which is where KA is challenging the legality). Separately SS were also paid £250k by the club for fees incurred in completing the purchase of the club.

This bit is worrying.

There were a handful on here that warned against Deano. Fell on deaf ears as usual.

Greatly concerning.

In order to fund his share of the club, surely Holdsworth had to agree the loan from BM first? How the fuck could he then secure that loan agaisnt something he didn't yet PART own?! Surely everyone else with a part ownership of the club would have to agree to it themselves as well, as it puts their assets at risk?

Is this not the type of thing that should be setting off alarm bells with the football league when they run checks over potential owners? Unless Holdsworth didn't divulge the source of his funds and the terms attached to them? I can't see that being the case.

From the Football League's point of view, If Eddie Davies was saying he couldn't pay the tax bill , and Dean Holdsworth was the only show in town, perhaps they allowed such  a garbage loan because it was the only way the club wouldn't fold?

Better to keep the club going a bit longer, even on life support for it to sell off assets and still have a chance

Riddle me this: if the ST had succeeded in taking ownership of the club, we'd already be heading into admin as they also wouldn't have anywhere near the amount of capital needed to fund the club. So what happens in that scenario?

I said it from day one, why would anyone want to buy BWFC? Still can't work it out.

Eddie davies should have honoured the contracts that he gave out during his ownership

He is the only person to blame in this.

Amen to that brother H town.
