no balls Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 Lennon confirmed he Spearing rumour that Liverpool wouldn't waive an appearance clause fee, guess that means his job is safe till the end of the season.. football family innit, looking after one another. Cunts. Quote
RoadRunnerFan Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 football family innit, looking after one another. Cunts. We should start an online campaign that its a disgrace especially in the anniversary week of the Burnden disaster. Their grief junkies would be all over it, get some pressure put on their board, positive PR for them, everyone's a winner. Quote
ZiggyStardust Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 Useless shites. And anyone saying we should be sacking Lennon is a fucking moonman. We'd be £600,000 worse off and our new Manager would begin his career with a relegation on his CV. We're stuck with Neil till the season end at least. Except we woudn't. That £600k is a sunk cost, we're commited to it no matter what. What we would be down would be the replacement cost, and I cant imagine the new regime paying a manager that sort of money. But the new guy would be getting a head start for next year. But I guess I'm a moonman. Quote
Blondi Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 We're down already, what's the point in paying Liverpool 100K for another performance from Spearing? Sacking Lennon now would be a financial mistake, get rid at the end of the season, when it is cheaper. It's time the new owners acted responsibly and sensibly and I'm pretty hopeful they'll have their heads screwed on, not like the previous clowns. Quote
Carlos Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 The last lot kept hold of managers too long! Quote
Leyther_Matt Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 Was like going back to the Coyle days seeing us over run in midfield and the manager's solution to be bringing on a winger. As much as I agreed with Silva coming on to give us something going forward, it had to be for Clough or Madine so that we could retain three men in central midfield to then give Feeney and Silva real licence to push high on to their full backs. Reckon Trotter might well be a body to keep hold of in League One, but the likes of Davies and Madine can fuck right off, as can those muppets in the dugout. Quote
Anderson Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 Fuck the lot of them, Lennon and his mates on Gardening leave, Jimmy Philips and David Lee until end of the season. Get Threlkeld back from his loan, him in CM with Vela, Maher in at RB, let Pratley, Spearing, Mark Davies and any of the other half arsed overpaid fuckers have that early holiday they so obviously want. Time to start again, and despite it all I'm quite excited about it. Quote
Rizlar Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 We are stuck with Lennon and co until the end of the season then hopefully the useless shit will be gone as for the players they can all do one for me especially that overpriced overhyped shit Davies. Quote
TrickyTrotter Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 We'd be better off with Deano up top than Gary Madine. Lennon confirmed he Spearing rumour that Liverpool wouldn't waive an appearance clause fee, guess that means his job is safe till the end of the season. Roll on August. Still crying over Deano's 30 yard trickler through Westerveld. Quote
DazBob Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 Did Davies get fouled or dive when clean through? Defo red card. Would've changed the game no doubt. BUT Let's not let that be an excuse for yet another spineless, leaderless performance. Pathetic. Oh, and fuck off Madine. Quote
superjohnmcginlay Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 Excellent finish from Trotter #focusonthepositive Quote
Ani Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 Defo red card. Would've changed the game no doubt. BUT Let's not let that be an excuse for yet another spineless, leaderless performance. Pathetic. Oh, and fuck off Madine. I thought it was a pen, but Mavies got up and waved his finger as though saying it was not a foul. With regards Lennon, the rumours are that it costs less to bin him after relegation, so may as well leave him till then. Has anyone mentioned that Clough was anonymous again today ? Playing him and Mavies just does not work. Marine is a cunt. Quote
Leyther_Matt Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 Definite foul. Just outside the box though and a covering defender so just a free kick that we'd have undoubtedly hit in to the wall. Just about Davies' only contribution of the day. Can only suggest his finger wagging might have been that he was expecting a yellow card for diving given the lack of a free kick. Quote
darrener Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 What happened at the train station, sounds livelier than the game! Lennon making more excuses again saying he's missing two experienced centre half's, what dervite and wheater! Thought Derek and holding were good again today, Wilson on the other hand was bobbins and Madine was is usual self " taxi for Madine " and give lennon a lift as well. Quote

Playing him and Mavies just does not work. Marine is a cunt. I had a decent view from halfway line and looked about a yard outside the box. Mavies seemed furious to me at not getting it and seemed to have words with the ref a couple of times afterwards about it. As I said though, a bad refereeing decision does not excuse that performance. Pratley and Feeney are the only players out there who look like they really, really care. Maybe Holding too. Quote
Carlos Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 At the end, only 5 players stayed on the pitch, inc Madine, plus Clough came back on. Quote
Ani Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 I thought we should have a penalty first half when Madine seemed to be fouled. Quote
stevieb Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 At the end, only 5 players stayed on the pitch, inc Madine, plus Clough came back on. Theyve Been wank at that all season, blackburn home game, we won, out 2nd of the season, think moxey was the only one. Quote

Marc505 Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 I thought exactly the same. Rivalled only by that Bristol City manager claiming we're a decent side after. Quote
Juan.Kerr Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 (edited) I'm not reading two hundred and odd posts. That was shite. Three of us go to the match at the moment but my brother and our mate say they won't renew next season. Spineless lazy bastards. Players. not my mates that is.
