SoberDan Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Anyone who thinks we will win the league is nothing short of deluded. Quote
Super Bock Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 I think we can win the league, but then again there are numerous other teams that are also in the same bracket. The Championship is tricky to predict, this is a whole new level of wacky races. Dan, a bit more positivity mate.... you're starting to fit in on WW! Quote
burnden Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Ross Joyce ref for this one.......likes dishing out cards http://www.soccerbase.com/referees/referee.sd?referee_id=1047 Quote
frank_spencer Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Fans of the majority of clubs in league one will start the season believing that they can win the league. Our opponents on Sunday have been one of them for many years. The fact they are still here despite being 'bigger' than pretty much every other club they've played against in L1 shows how tough it is going to be to get out if we don't do it quickly. Quote
no balls Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 I think we can win the league you deluded fool Quote

ged1970 Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Sheff Utd got another 4200 tickets today so that's 4200 jsl. Quote
tshape Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 That last minute Madine winner will be even sweeter. Fuck em. Not like it's the famous Anfield Kop that can "breathe" the ball into the net. Quote
Farrelli Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 That chip butty song will contribute to the equaliser as our defence dozes off during the chorus. Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Sheff Utd got another 4200 tickets today so that's 4200 jsl. Glad the club didn't listen to fans who felt we should charge less than £28. Well done sweaty Ken. Quote
Sweep Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Correct. Its looking like a great decision now, they were never going to miss the opening day fixture, plenty of much needed money in the bank! Quote

radcliffe white Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Some going thatit is, people can say well there only £150 but we wouldn't sell that Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 (edited) it is, people can say well there only £150 but we wouldn't sell that That's why we shouldn't do that deal I genuinely think it's a stupid deal for the club I don't think it will help them get where they want to go. BOWTUN BAKED Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 it is, people can say well there only £150 but we wouldn't sell that Neither did Bradford when they started it years ago at £99 It wasn't an over night success story, it was a brave decision that's really starting to pay dividends for them I'd say that a couple of good cup runs & a promotion in those years have really helped too. As things stand with our financial situation it would probably be a daft decision rather than a brave one. Hopefully the 10,000 that keep renewing during arguably our worst era in our history might be rewarded with their loyalty in years to come. Quote

Zico Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Can't go At a wedding This has happened twice before I missed leicester 5-0 on first day of a season at a wedding I also missed utd beating us 5-0 in 2011 due to a wedding So there's a pattern here 5-0 to the away team Quote
