Ok ...let’s get picky now shall we..

Did I say I didn’t agree with the entire article or just the actual quote you asked about ?

That quote is the only section I didn’t agree with....the rest of it is a very accurate reflection of the failed EU corrupt system and its shambolic policies, but you being the selective person you are conveniently side stepped that didn’t you ?

You just can’t face up to the truth that your beloved EU is starting to fall apart right before your boss eyes.

Me an embarrassment ? As I said above, look on the mirror for one absolute whopper of an embarrassment.

Now...enjoy your evening Mr Selector.

You posted an article entirely about the EU being bad because it adopts a Conservative neoliberal economic model in the Eurozone at all costs and the author prefers a more socialist one. Then said it was a great article. You can’t save face on this one, just admit your mistake and move on.

Interesting tweet from Donald.

The European Union is coming to Washington tomorrow to negotiate a deal on Trade. I have an idea for them. Both the U.S. and the E.U. drop all Tariffs, Barriers and Subsidies! That would finally be called Free Market and Fair Trade! Hope they do it, we are ready - but they won’t!

It’s a great article because it shows the inadequacies of your beloved yet doomed corrupt and failing system, where its pathetic commissioners can’t see their mistakes, or should I say are too stubborn to acknowledge their errors and try to rectify them.

Stop getting het up dearest and try to have a nice enjoyable day for once instead of burning up with anger inside whenever the fucked EU is mentioned.

I’ll leave you another article for you to get worked up over in your little council office, do widenzia

To be fair Bolty, the only leave voters that got labelled “own, thick, racist cunts” were the Owd, thick, racist cunts

Plenty of them voted that way “to send the pakis back”, “send the Eastern Europeans back” etc

Clearly, they are all fucking embarrassment’s to the country and shouldn’t be allowed to vote, as I’m sure you’ll agree

I can’t recall anyone on this board fitting in to such a bracket but still plenty of evidence of it elsewhere

I don't believe that's anything like fair my friend. Patently unfair I would say, when you read the comments from immediately after the referendum like "folk who voted leave were all owd, thick racist cunts". No doubt there are a tiny minority with the IQ of half of an amoeba who would be dumb enough to think that leaving the EU would achieve either of the examples you mentioned. Likewise, there are fawning Eurocreeps like those stupid fuckers permanently outside parliament with their starry flags and comedy hats who should also probably be denied a vote.

The real shock to the system for everyone was the northern working classes voting to leave in droves. Under valued, ignored, taken for granted and not sharing is the so called 'benefits' of being in the EU (open for debate that one. Far more downside than benefits to my eye as you might expect).

They really delivered a poke in the eye for the political classes and capitalists who, to this day, hate the prospect of Brexit and have a willing participant in obfuscation in Theresa May (and her sidekick Olly Europhile). I have reached the conclusion that May is purposely stalling and delaying in the hope that public opinion will sway towards either a second referendum or, at least, the establishment of permanent links with a view to surreptitiously rejoining at some future date. The night of the long knives needs to come quickly for her. We need a strong man at the helm who will treat those arrogant bureaucrats as they deserve to be treated.

TM looks completely overwhelmed to me but opinion is so divided over this issue who's capable of uniting all sides and delivering a workable solution?

Wouldn't surprise me if she walks tbh

If Juncker fails to get a deal then Trumps going to hit the EU with a tariff on cars as soon as this autumn, in tandem with no Brexit deal then the German car manufacturers going to have major problems. As you might expect I have zero sympathy for them. I’ve alrwady ditched my German car for a U.S. car.

A pissed up Juncker trying to hold negotiations with Trump......priceless comedic scene indeed.

It’s like trying to send Dianne Abbott into battle with Rachel Riley.

If you want a serious answer then the only solution is a united Ireland but that has to be a decision for NI

But that is not an option in short term.

So what is ?

Brexiters need to remember a guess a lot of Remainers voted that way not out of love of the EU but because leaving was always going to be an expensive mess. The fact there are not simple answers to such questions is why you do not run a country on a popularity contest

It is not the people who voted leave who are to blame for the mess it is the self serving politicians who need to come up with the answers. Their silence is telling.

I am guessing that the Gvt will have to extend Article 50 if we dont get an agreement other than that we have to stay in the customs union because we have agreed to do that should we not agree a withdrawal plan. Who knows what happens after that, what a complete and utter mess

My vision is that post Brexit we may need to support our British industry.

It’s the same with our local economy.

Popped into Office World this morning to buy an invoice book (bumped into Victor Meldrew, good morning sir) and looks like they are clearing their stocks, doesn’t look good.

Said to the missus, that I may struggle to find somewhere local to get that sort of thing if it closes. She suggested on line but I always prefer to use a local supplier if possible.

American cars are wank in comparison to European ones.

Correct, German cars piss all over most of that US shite.......unless you're driving a massive American muscle car or course, because they're fun, but not really practical for driving up and down Blackburn Road in

You do know that we're leaving the EU don't you? - =Even if the EU and US did agree such a deal (which they never will.....as Trump has promised to make 'Merica great again, so he won't be offering any free trade deals, in fact more likely the opposite), it won't mean that both of them would instantly include the UK in such a deal

Since you ask, one option is for RoI to hold a referendum on its own membership.

An undertaking to allow a referendum in NI on their future status, with the facility to hold such a referendum every Presto Guild, could help.

Verakdar has done a 180 degree turn on abortion. He can do the same on which EU status is better for RoI.

You can't help but think that the UK leaving the EU would be every bit as bad for Ireland as it would be for us - especially if we go WTO
