"if" is interesting from the big jock troll.

Can imagine the scenes at Wycombe if we go a goal down early with him still in dugout

I’m of the opinion FV have got loads to sort and little time to do it in. Parky will get until they have their feet under the table to save his job

Pretty much where I’m at. One less fire to put out

whilst I’m far from a fan let alone his biggest one there’s an argument to say he deserves the chance to work under (hopefully) better conditions.

He wont get much breathing space though

Aye

I’m no Parky fan but we need as many “constants” as possible right now

Time and a place to bin him. This isn’t it

Unless we got a rich owner with big plans, Parky was the obvious choice given the cost of recruiting and replacing. I just hope we can afford the 11 defenders he needs to work his magic.

Somehow I doubt it.

You are going soft. Probably because you aren’t renewing. Parky staying is the perfect excuse for me. No thanks. Pick and choose it is

I believe the Directors set their own levels of remuneration and that the shareholders vote on whether to accept that figure or not - Eddie obviously being the main shareholder did.

So we're in agreement that at no point Gartside unilaterally decided how much money he took out of the club, and therefore was never in a position to do what Ken did?

A one word answer will do.

In the context of the stadium I think its of some value. The ACV prevents anything being done as a fait accompli. It guarantees that plans will have to be made public six months before the sake can occur. That's the time in which a fanbase can be mobilised, direct action can take place. etc. There are some organisations that wouldn't want that sort of exposure. The ACV period could dissuade them from getting involved.

This.

If it was worthless, Ken wouldn't have spent time trying to remove it.

In our (former) circumstances, there's value in the delay and moreso in making any attempt to sell it public. Seems pretty obvious to me.

Wonder who’ll be at fault for the signings this time...

Well it wont be Parkinson will it, he takes no responsibility for anything on the pitch - nothing is ever his fault

It'll be back to Div 4 Burnden crowds of 3,000-4,000 in the 80's....why don't' FV listen if they retain Parkinson they may as well throw money down the drain, they must know fcuk all about football if they are thinking of retaining the 'dinosaur'.

FV will lose the majority of fans from day one if they retain Parkinson - serious major mistake if true
