Hill new it was all a load of crap but in his own way, kept it down to earth with a sense of humour.

This guy doesn't know its a shit sandwich yet and I have yet to see him smile. He set himself up as Billy Big Boots at the beginning of the season and as a result the other managers see us as the team to beat. 

They'll do the usual... stop us settling into a tappy tappy routine by a high intensity first 15-20 mins, make sure they compete and win every 50-50, exploit our wide areas, get behind the 3 at the back, put crosses in and win free kicks just outside the penalty box. Then its just a matter of time.

We arent going to be back in the ground watching soon, so ifollow, a few cans and hopefully a better second half to the season is all we can hope for.

Must admit, it feels more than ever that the actual formation is making little difference to the performance/score - just get the right players on the pitch in the right frame of mind and we’ll win.

I like that team but don’t think he’ll stray from his 352 so would expect Baptiste instead of Isgrove. Start fast and get an early goal and I think we’ll win whether it’s 352 or 433.
