Poland requested a meeting on the basis of Article 4, which concerns the violation of a Nato state’s territorial integrity or security, rather than Article 5, which concerns a direct assault or act of war against a member state. It could well be a malfunctioning Russian fired missile that went off course or was blown off course by an anti missile system. But it could also be parts of that anti missile system fired by Ukraine. For a news outlet particularly a sensationalist one to say it was Russian made is a no risk thing for them to say, it.doesnt explain who fired it or the circumstances for it landing in Polish border farmland though. Let's be honest- if Russia hadn't invaded and lauched numerous missiles at Ukraine, then they wouldn't have to be firing anti missile defensive weapons in return. They don't even need to be in Ukraine to do it. With a diplomatic solution unlikely and the West insisting on Ukraine not taking the fight to the source or retaliating on Russian cities I'm struggling to see how Ukraine can end up as anything other than a no go buffer zone.
