Land that close to the M1 goes for mega money in the South East. You’re talking £2m per acre plus. Gary Sweet and Co are extremely savvy (And he’s also a top bloke). In 50 odd years I've never felt so engaged and part of it. And the best part of it for me is, as I've said before, we only ever feature on the sports pages these days. I am blissfully unaware of anything unsavoury behind the scenes, and that's how I like it. And if I ever get to see her, I'll tell her.
