I'm still too traumatised to go back to Accrington yet.  Snapped a couple of these up a while back and I don't remember them being expensive. No interest in rugby usually but it should be a good occasion.

I’ve got a couple of freebies through work for France/England at our place, but realised it’s same day as Accrington away, so there’s only one winner there.

selling the rugby tix then :D

Of the 61 games between the men's, women's and wheelchair world cups my mate Stevo is going 49. The daft bastard.

Off to watch England play Fiji tomorrow in one of the build up games then watching Wales play Lebanon on Saturday as my lads a mascot.

Might have some more tickets coming for the game at our place if anyone is interested.

Remarkable scoreline.

A question for the egg chasing aficionados- are England capable of winning it?

Yes, but only if the Aussies or NZ have an off day in the final.

The talk last week was of getting caught out by Samoa. I think today rules that out (albeit I’ve not seen any of it yet given I was at our game)

Just watched the Aussies dismantle Fiji and although, the bread thieves looked a little rusty, you just know they’ll come good when it matters.

I’m going to the England v France with a mate who’s a Warrington fan. Only cost me £25 pre covid. Just surprised there charging more for the tickets now.

It’s more that the cheap ones have sold out than anything else

20000 tickets sold

Very impressive at those prices. I honestly didn't think there were that many people who actually liked the sport

I’ve paid £60 for the final so £55 for a group game struck me as a bit steep really. Reflects well on everyone to get 20k+ though - more than when we hosted the semi final in 2000!

Who does your lad play for? Folly Lane by any chance?
