Do we need a permanent captain?  I don't see what's wrong with picking one from the 11 that start. 

It could be Baxter for me, but others could do it when playing - Johnston, Jones, Forrester, Matete, Santos, Toal, who cares.  No need for one player to carry the burden, as that is clearly what it is.

It's almost impossible to play this style of football when most of the players can't control the ball consistently

Different tactics last season and we almost got promoted with similar players, I don't think the players are all that bad, they just need to be in a better system.
