see the odd glimpses of talent, but mostly looks like he's won a competition to be here.

currently looking like the biggest waste of money since Len Cantello, but I live in hope that Evatt's successor can get a tune out of him.

Looks like there’s a player in there somewhere, but on the whole it’s like playing with 10 men. Today was all about the 3 points though and everyone contributed. Even before the red card think we looked more balanced than we have for a while, toal seemed to have a calming influence on santos and the whole team grew in confidence. Small steps.

I think hes trying too hard to pay back the commitment/transfer fee/ wages

In his head it means tricks and creating 5 a game

I suspect evatt sold him an idea we needed a maverick to break teams down when all we really needed was better than bod n jerome

Its why i think when hes happy hes contributing, hes an asset

What i dont want to see are backheels by the dozen

Ok in parts today with a lot of luck thrown in with the sending off and deflected 2nd goal. Wins a win though it needed a reaction after recent poor performances.

Pleased for Matete thought he played well today. Still prone to losing the ball in dangerous areas though.

Can’t complain 3 points is what was needed not a great performance and I agree with several posters don’t see what Macatee brings to our team prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt for the moment.

On the other end of the see saw, couldve easily been 3 or 4 before the sending off

And yes, we havent shown we can be that good in those positions but nice to see us getting there

We need to take the hand brake off when we hit the oppo box

Of course, let's face it QPR have never paid over the odds for a dud have they? 🤔

Ive no fucking idea, but if a div 2 team is buying a striker from div 3 id expect a decent fee

This window is the one where clubs in a sticky spot or looking to add that missing something to a promotion push will chuck a bit more than the norm at it. We've done it, so if tables are turned and we drag seven figs out of a vulnerable Champ side all well and good

We won.

We’ll never know what would have happened at 11v11 but the game was even at that point in my eyes. Their 6 cost them the game.

Logic tells me it papered over cracks, but Morley back (not for long I expect) and a couple incoming means our season really needs to start in next couple of games.

I’m not ITK on this but I’m not convinced Vic is unwell. Have a feeling he’s on his way. Fully expect a first team ready strong forward to come in sharpish.

Last thought. Most teams can carry one of Lolos, Collins or McAtee. They’re variations of the same player. We’ll keep losing games if those three play up top.

If you have a solid 9, course you can play 2 of em in div 3

Look Evatt still might not get it, but I remain optimistic he does and a unit plus at least one midfielder turns the ship

We have been cack and still remain real contenders for top 6

Add CMG to them three

Time will tell.

We need that physical presence up front asap.

And either a fit Dempsey or a player of his ilk who can carry the ball (more likely the latter). We just haven’t replaced Maghoma and none of the names mentioned (or CMG) come close.

True; Lolas Collings and McAtee are not doing it for me but Charles has been rubbish this season. We need two new forwards and a no nonsense midfield player (don’t Th think it’s Morley)

There's fuck all wrong with McAtee.

And nobody can do what Collins does.

Nowt wrong with him yeah but he's in the 11 every week instead of Charles. I'm not slating him but he's been poor for the money

Seen Collins’ goal a few times and his willingness to receive the ball, the outstanding first touch and knowing exactly where he wanted to stick the ball makes you wonder why the fuck he’s playing for us. And then you remember how often he just disappears from the game. So infuriating. And applicable to so many of them. Let’s enjoy the win and see where it leads.

Enjoyed the win but couldn’t help the distraction of Lincoln’s kit. Round necks, no visible sponsor or club crest & looking like a thermal under layer from JD. Did the kit man forget the real kit ?

It's a blackout kit, 3rd kit is something a bit out there, bit like our pink n purple one.

The sponsor and logo was on there but in black, so it looks like a plain shirt.
