Remember those huge away followings in mid 80s at Wigan and Blackpool when police and stewards seemed to be taken by surprise by our numbers? That's something else that's changed for the worse in my opinion...everything's so sanitised now you can usually predict crowds to the nearest thousand, whereas in the old days people would just turn up at Xmas and you'd get some crazy crowds as a result... 42k against Sunderland in 75 for example.
