it says that he's not good enough

his opinion of freedman is no doubt coloured by the fact he didnt make it

who next, hydes adam blakeman?

wonder if you'd get a better assessment from the current lot at the club including those who Freedman signed?

you know, the ones Freedman said weren't good enough the other night

you'd do well to find anyone who has a good word to say of him, outside of your bathroom

Just on train back from Leeds uni. "Rejoice rejoice! , he's gone!" has just been blurted out down the carriage.

Don't agree that he will have success elsewhere using his Italian methods and constant changes. Just will not work in the British game.

Would love pulis but he will hang on for a premier league club.

So there's no money now. There'll be even less than none when we've paid off Freedman (and Flemming and Lawrence? Presumably...)

So no new signings. Not even small children from West Ham.

Then when we win under the new manager, it can be immediately traced to him, rather than to reversion to the mean (which is what it really is).

Then, when things go badly, the new man can say it's all Freedman's fault, and he needs time to build his own team. But there's no money, so he'll have to make do with second-best, loans and the like.

Then things start to go badly and people start grumbling. And in 2-3 years time we're back here all over again. New man sacked, even newer man in place.

Does anyone ever get bored of this?

So the alternative was to carry on?

Bolton, spammy lee excepting, tend to give their managers more time than most. IMO Coyle and Freedman would have been fired 12 months sooner elsewhere.

Fullerton in - wonder how things will spin if we get a 5-0 win tomorrow?

Mind you, that's a bit like saying I wonder if I'd give up work if I win Euromillions tonight.
