Go on Atalanta. Really impressive team these, scored 98 goals in the league this season 20 odd more than Juventus.

Heard on commentary just then (Fletch) theres loads of Atalanta fans in Lisbon for this.

In fact just been told that's the 116th goal theyve scored this season all comps and not a single one by an Italian.

Will they do a draw for the semis or has it been mapped out like a tournament?

Curran broke his leg at Burnley, sat up on the stretcher pumping his fists saying I'll be back, very hard man

Aye smoked Capstan full strength .Good signing at the time when we needed to consolidate in the old first division .Hard as nails.

Williams was great at first but injuries  meant his career petered out too early.

Piggy Wharton as the dog heads called him was ok in fits & starts but couldn’t replace the explosive Lee.He did however score an overhead kick at Swindon would feature in my all time top twenty.

Bob Hatton was the biggest flop .Scored goals everywhere he went Wolves Carlisle Brum but not for us.

John Manning was a plank.(scored a blinder v Pompey in an otherwise boring game 35 yards out on the manny road wing though!!)

Atletico get results but fook me, they’re shit to watch.

Jurgen Klopp moaned about Atletico's negative style earlier in the season,If they could have played how Klopp wanted them to play Liverpool might not have lost both legs

Aye but they’re getting their just desserts now.

They showed that they can play offensively against Liverpool but it’s backfired tonight.

£36m pa salary for Simeone.

Bloody hell

I didnt even know the keeper, thought it was boswell

Some familiar names there

Eddie Hoppy, played for England.

Smoked like a trooper, always came out of the ground with a Woodbine in his mouth.

In the days when goalies caught the ball rather than punching it.

Back Row L to R - Gareth Williams, John Hulme, Arthur Marsh(?), Eddie Hopky, Charlie Hurley, God, Greavo.

Front Row L to R - Dave Hatton, John Ritson, Paul Fletcher, Ronnie Phillips, John Manning, Terry Wharton, Warwick Rimmer, Tiger Taylor(?).

Question marks where I am not 100% sure.

Fuck!! Hadn't seen Traf's post. The men in white coats are getting closer.
