Whites man Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 THIS out to get in number 10 even knifed is brother in the back You want your leader to be ruthless though. No point in being Mr Nice Guy at the next Euro summit and being tucked up by the French and Germans. Quote
jules_darby Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 I'm honestly not sure they would look at the backlash on Clegg now and times that by 100,000 Quote
tomski Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 Being in the centre is where it's at. Lefty loons and righteous right wingers out! A bit of both is a nice balance. I'll join Bwfc5 and traf Quote
Spider Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 If MilliVanilliBand forms a coalition with the SNP he won't last 2 minutes. The clip of him saying last night that it catagorically wouldn't happen will be played over and over and over agains until he is forced to backtrack. Personally, I'm genuinely starting to think the Reds and blues are preparing to settle for a minority government. Not least because it's so inevitable that they really can't think of any other options. I don't like Labour, but at least they've had the balls to say no to Sturgeon. Quote
bgoefc Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 (edited) Well the only folk that had a say were the Scotchers themselves so not sure what you are getting at here? OK. What I am getting at is that it was a close vote. There were about third undecided who had to be swayed either way. All the three main party leaders plus Brown and Blair and anyone else they could drag out of the closet, were mobilised to back the no campaign with millions of pounds thrown at it plus the media. Then 24 hrs later Cameron and that liberal fucker renegaded on all the promises they had made. Now many of the Scots who were persuaded by these wankers and criminals have seen how they were duped and as they only ever vote labour have now decided they will not at this election and not have shifted their alliance to the SNP who are well led by someone who connects with them. I truly wish we had someone like her who would represent my views. So there you have it. She is going to have GREAT SAY on what happens here in dear old England like it or not, and the many on here whinging about it, have brought about by their fervour for backing the no vote. Chickens coming home to roost! Edited May 1, 2015 by bgoefc Quote
jules_darby Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 So when you said it is "The fault of those who wanted to hold on to Scotland", what you meant was "those who were actively influencing the referendum"? Quote
gonzo Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 Bwfcfan5 says all things I want to say but I'm not astute or informed enough to put it across. Can you come and stand in the golden eagle with me on Sunday by any chance? Quote
BOWTUN BAKED Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 Of course Milliband is saying he won't have a coalition with SNP. If he said he would, he's realised he might piss off enough English voters to not get the seats he needs. Of course he'll back track if he needs too, this will piss even more off! But by then it's too late & he's got 5 years to try to do well enough that it's forgotten about. Self serving twat, just like the rest. Quote
mickbrown Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 Why shouldn't they have a say though? All Westminster parties have gone on about how they wanted to keep the union. The Scottish people return an almost full set of SNP MPs now Westminster turns round and says get fucked we ain't working with you in any way, shape or form ? No wonder they want out. Quote

If you an undecided Scot with the prime aim of getting the Tories out then with no coalition on the horizon your only option is Labour. Quote

mickbrown Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 There's having a say and then there's having the majority of the government by the balls. Big assumption that though. All Labour would need to do is tell em you play silly buggers then there will be another general election on the way and then you'll get that nasty twat Cameron sticking it to you big time Quote

If you an undecided Scot with the prime aim of getting the Tories out then with no coalition on the horizon your only option is Labour. And this ploy will help Labour increase its number of seats in Scotland on their way to being the largest party in the house in a week's time. No Overall Majority. Quote
Guest Posted May 3, 2015 Posted May 3, 2015 Reckon Bolton West might swing tory, Hope so and it will be a good indicator, but the UKIP vote looks likely to let "that Hilling woman" back in Quote

Whites man Posted May 4, 2015 Posted May 4, 2015 That Yank election guru Nate Silver has Bolton West having a 96% probability of being a Labour hold. Not seen odds like that since we played at Bournemouth. Quote
Carlos Posted May 4, 2015 Posted May 4, 2015 Not seen a single Tory in Harwood, Bolton NE is nailed on Labour. Quote
