Firstly, levelling up was never purely "up north".

Secondly, £235m out of £8.3bn is a drop in the ocean.

It is a Network North project, in London.  I added the levelling up bit because it was always a load of bollocks just like this Network North is.

I am not moaning, I actually find it quite funny in a perverse sort of way, hence the shithousary comment.

Thankfully I don't often have to use the road or rail network to commute to work, then I would be having a moan.
