Wherever I've worked, bonuses are paid for exceptional performance. Something above the ordinary.

If it was a decision between paying him and getting a striker on board then yeh

 

That may or may not of been the case but there’s certainly a list of needs doing & can wait

The players didn’t take a stand for Amos. They took a stand for all the players who hadn’t been paid their bonuses.

The same bonuses that hadn’t been paid as of the time of Henry’s tweet.

Ive no idea what you do mate. But I paid bonuses for hitting targets. The players also will have done.

 

They will work harder to receive the bonus. Who wouldn't?

Not really. We pay players less money in terms of their basic wage, but they make it up in very achievable add-ons. No different to transfer fees and what we've done with Doidge.

 

 

Henry was a free agen brought in at the end of last September when we were rock bottom without a win. It's not hard to believe his contract was heavily incentivised.
