I can’t see how life can go back to normal without a vaccine or treatment. Once you start packing the tube etc again it just kicks off again. Perhaps June or July we can test a month with fewer restrictions. But unless you go full Wuhan for a period the virus will still be there, and even in Wuhan there are reports of a few non imported cases in last few days...
