Just let me delve into the track and trace system as stats for a second

Shouldn’t be that hard to work out considering we paid £12m for it

Oh no wait I missed a few zeros

Very cynical. 😊
As London and other places open up the rates will probably flatten and then rise again. Based on previous trends, I’d expect most places to be in Tier 2. It’s just a matter of when. Pressure should be brought to bear now to equalise the situation across the country.
If not, then Burnham is right. More financial help for the hospitality industry in Tier 3.

How far would the business rate hand back go in supporting hard hit businesses, i wonder

That’s one thing that could and should help. The bigger problem is with the business support scheme. There are businesses getting exactly the same support in Tier 2 that are still open for business as those in Tier 3 that are closed. That’s unfair.

The problem is that theres only so much that folk can do and the triggers are unclear

The get out will always be nhs capacity being stretched

So an area that has been neglected could have the lowest infections, lowest R,  but no NHS capacity

In fact, theres been plenty times NHS capacity has been brought up, is manchesters hospital open again, or did they remember we cant staff it

I dont think theres a chance in hell boltons pubs are open in december

Id be happy with restaueants, but theyll be shut as well

I keep hearing that Central London is a ghost town

I imagine central London NHS capacity is benefitting from that to be fair

Big pharma are known to be ruthless corrupt fuckers. They prey on the weak and fleece anyone they can. Africa especially.

But this is being scrutinised by the best boffins across the entire globe.

Also, if one of these companies develops something that ends up harming folk it is game over for them, they will be toast.

Whoa whoa, when did the Govt sneak it in that the earliest review is now on the 19th Dec?

When the lockdown tiers were announced on Thurs 2nd Dec & i clearly Remember Blithering Boris saying the first review would be in 2 weeks time - 16thDec.

Now they've sneakily put it back 3 days to the 19th Dec (Sun) &  any changes won't come into effect immediately, any change in tiers won't come into affect till the Wednesday (22 Dec) This is clearly designed to stop us stupid Northerners enjoying ourselves over the weekend (Fri 17th/Sat18th Dec) In effect they have given us Tier 3 for 3 weeks - not the 2 weeks they originally stated. Cunts to a man.

Meanwhile, London (which now has a higher amount of new cases than the North West) enjoys Tier 2.

Twats.........fucking fuming hun.

2 more so called 'stars' breaching COVID rules, Jack Grealish and Ross Barkley in a restaurant in Central London at a party yesterday afternoon, no masks on, hugging and highfiving people, both reported to be 'sorry' and will be issuing statements later. What is it with these rich cunts thinking they can do what they want, £10,000 fine no questions, fuck um it's too late for apologies

Supposed to be 16th as you said.

Deffo saw the 19th Dec on ITV news at 10 last night, but having a look around on google this morning i can’t find anything. I wouldn’t put it past the blithering blond haired idiot though.

BBC;

The placing of areas in each tier will be reviewed every 14 days, with the first review due by 16 December.

Grealish was also sorry when he crashed his car coming home from a house party and had to walk home in his slippers

He never apologised to that Birmingham fan who tried sliding his hands through his hair and ended up in jail.
