She can, but she won't. She's even less liked than Biden is. Biden will run, and I'm confident he'll serve a second term, unless the GOP elect a non-lunatic nominee next year. Sure there is another hole that would convince you he will be in prison by Christmas and another saying the world be over by then anyway due to the aliens that walk amongst us. Been there !
