It's a good job we had a decent starts as we're relegation fodder at the moment

Stood in the wind and rain for 180 minutes this week and I think we've created 2 chances

Doyle is dog wank

We/the team give up as soon as the other team score and have done for weeks now haven't they. Proper weak.

That's away.  It appears to be a different attitude and mentality at home for some unknown reason.

I’d be looking to shift him on in January if we can entice someone better to the club.

No amount of injuries is an excuse for a complete lack of fight. Week in, week out teams are playing against us with more hunger and desire. We are second to every ball.

Evatt has to take the responsibility for this.

Spot on Daz

I can take losing, but not I can’t take losing because of a lack of effort.

Apologies to those who were stood on the extreme left hand side who were subject to my extended foul mouthed rant. But it was a bloody good rant all the same. Didn’t want it enough. Simple as that.

High point was bumping in to the leather glove crew pre match, meeting @jules_darbyfor the first time and watching horses headbutt folk with @Casino

Today was poor, it’ll be poor until we get the injured players back, I’ll back Evatt and see where we are once we are on the other side of the transfer window.

That’s going to be a long wait then there are some long term ones in there .
There is plenty out there to put a decent performance out  on the field far more experience than accy and Fleetwood had we’re not having to field a team of kids because of injuries .

He also signed 10 of the 11 out there playing today and remember him saying they looked at the character of any player and not just ability  when they looked at recruits

Far too much sense and logic for some on here to comprehend in that post!

That's what was listed by the bn feed. A long distance lob thing which bounced off it.

Maybe Iles' biscuits were dodgy

It landed harmlessly on the roof of the net.

That was 95 minutes of my life that they owe me

No attacking threat, dodgy as fuck at the back and no fight in midfield

Pissed through, pissed off and getting a little fed up with my team rolling over and having their belly tickled

Quiet a few fans near me were beginning to get abit anti Evatt,he needs to turn this form round and pretty quickly or it's going to get ugly.2nd half was absolutely appalling

That's where I'm at, just got to limp over the line until the January transfer window.

I'm guessing IE means they are generally men you can trust, good for team spirit, not trouble makers.  Which seems about right with the likes of Dapo, Lee, Doyle, Baka, Kachunga, the 4 centre backs, probably all great blokes that you'd be  happy to have as colleagues.  There's a difference between that and the muck or nettles types that can drag a team out of a rut like Karl Henry, even a Jay Spearing of a few years ago in terms of personality/leadership.  I don't think we'll be signing a Stig Tofting or Joey Barton while IE is here, but a Kev Davies or Henry or 30 year old Wilbraham would come in handy.

@Morizio Does it matter where I was watching that from?? Still fucking shit and your man Doyle, what a superstar!!

I find this to be an interesting first contribution to the match thread.

Has something I’ve previously posted elicited this emotional response from you?

Could you please be as kind to refresh my memory and provide a link to the post that has brought about your response?

I heard a rumour IE had lost the dressing room laughed it off but after the last few inept lack of fight performances could this be true

Was the rumour on here?

whats happened to Dapo, he's fell off a cliff face?

Marked out of most games, teams putting 2 men on him to nullify his threat, that said there's space where the 2nd man should be, yet we're not exploting it

It has, though our performances were poor before so many became injured.

Our home form has got a bit better strangely, but this apparent lack of application is a worry. Shouldn't matter who is playing in that regard.
