I'd expect our defensive midfielder to help protect the defence but he just ambles about doing fuck all. We defended well but we allowed too much pressure. Anyone who is happy with that performance in the second half is kidding themselves. We can not afford to be that shit against Morecambe.

If I had to drop one player for Sarcevic at the minute it would probably be Dapo. What we'd lose in pace we'd make up for in grit, physicality and a goalscoring touch. Pretty sure last time I saw Sarce play he found himself out wide quite a bit, maybe just rotating with the front 3 and ended up out there a lot, not sure. Think Dapo has been great, has come close to scoring several times but needs to be more ruthless in the final third. GT is playing out of his skin so would be harsh to drop him but would be the most like for like change. MJ and Lee pretty much have to play. Have a feeling it will be the same team as last game but Brockbank in for John. Please please please win tonight Bolton. You’ve just highlighted why this will fail, just as the PL has done, in your comment about players earning £500k a week. The PL created more than enough money for these clubs but they poured it down the shitter paying ever more stupid wages and transfer fees. It will just be exactly the same with this new league and end up with these clubs still being mired in debt. The owners will be fine though, they’ll just find a way to write it off and take their dividends.
