  1. It’s not division its not putin its not sudan its not covid its not the weather its them. It’s Boris, Mogg and the slippery, piss taking charlatans the Tories have allowed to be front and centre of their party for far too long. Its the people who have supported them, just because it “upset the Wokes” despite knowing deep down that they were throwing their weight behind a cabal of narcissists who were closing their doors and pissing themselves laughing at you. Simpering, grovelling, toe-kissing, cap-doffing and hand wringing to the bitter end just because you can’t admit you were wrong. Tough Sheet.

  2. Megson can get fucked - We had a genuine chance of getting to the UEFA Cup final that year. He bottled the whole competition playing the kids Vs Sporting Lisbon to focus on our game against Wigan that weekend. We lost that game 1-0 to ten men, scored by Emile heskey. Bottled the whole journey for what?

  3. I bet some staunch Conservatives are looking forward to being out of power for a bit. Don't have to defend this lot anymore and can leap on any government mistake like rabid dogs.

  5. Surely this now triggers something like a minus 12 points starting position next season. It's such a shame for the fans, it's not their fault . Ha ha ha hahahahahahahahahahahahahah

  6. Why should what he has done and what he has said SINCE (not that much of it is derogatory of his view of BWFC- in fact he always speaks very fondly of us) he left us stop us appreciating, celebrating and admiring him for what he did with us? Why do people give a shit? He’s our best manager, if not ever, then certainly, in modern history. FFS he had us finishing it the top 8 in the prem four years running and took us to Europe twice! We’ll never see that again in our lifetime! As @Dr. Feelgoodalluded to earlier he’s our Brian Clough - while we may raise our eyebrows at some of the things he says and does, I may expect to defend him to other fans, but surely not to our own!! 🤷‍♂️

  18. Loving these Wigan owners there just taking the piss now 😂. turning into the perfect storm no player will want to sign for them in fear of not getting paid if they have other options. The players there out of contract will look else were . And if it continues into the new season moral will be Rock bottom . let’s hope the owners are planning on taking the piss out of the EFL long enough to warrant a 12 point deduction

  22. Excellent news, isn't it? Perhaps the £100k he owes the club and the shares he holds helped him decide 😉

  23. Like every opposition is the history of time. I don't disagree that there needs to be a firmer base for their platform, I don't think it needs to be quite yet with still time to run before the GE and the government doing all it can to self harm. Labour need to balance the needs of the Northern voters they lost so they can't go full on progressive, retain their cities and metrohubs by being more progressive (certainly on homes - which Lisa Nandy has been doing for months now) and make some key gains in places like Stevenage down south by being pro business/small govt. If I was Starmer, he needs to be clearer about certain aims, but I wouldn't be pumping out loads of policy pledges just yet in the parliamentary cycle.

  30. Nerves? It is his first job in years and probably his last if he doesn't keep them up. Looking at a few podcasts, TalkSport bits he's done in the last couple of months. He seems fine in those. Slightly shocked at any Wanderers fan who doesn't wish him well. Nobody other than Nat should ever have a statue, but he'd be next on the list.

  33. This. Their sense of grandeur caused by Man City underestimating them and the fact that, in their heads, their FA Cup win puts them higher up the footballing pyramid than our four due to dates. Fuck the tinpot club and fuck the tinpot fans.
