Think the least we can do is a give a quid a piece to cover their costs

I'd be up for that. Sure there'd be enough to chip in to cover that as a gesture. Football family does tend to come together in times like this. 👍

Good idea. Would be a grand gesture.

Question is - can any of us be arsed? 😁

Surely one of us has got some gumption? 😁

I actually had a quick word with a few of theirs as they left

Good people

But aye, being arsed is the issue

The EDL mon who runs the 'biggest fan group on facebook' is best placed to sort but hes a bit simple

Id like to think sharon could sort something

Ivr got a 5er waiting

Not shirking, happy to do whatever, but let’s make sure everything is ok first- surely someone can have a little nod to NH via email to say we’d happily help out.

No virtues, just be decent… no great rush, big football family innit

At least, when game is replayed, club could look after those fans that turn up on what will probably be a midweek night with a free food and drink voucher. It won't be a big deal, there'll probably be about 100 based on today's turnout

I’ve been doing some sports memoribillia raffles for local clubs. I’ve got a Benn and Eubank signed glove here, no one probably wants it but I will do a name card tomorrow on here, a fiver a pop. If we can’t sell 50 teams on here at a fiver it’s a bad do. I will then give the money to someone more responsible than me to donate to either Cheltenham fans or whatever we think is best.

Awful news. I was amazed this morning attending my youngest grandsons first birthday party at a local park (note - very early and under trees to avoid the heat) that this was news well known to folk who I would not think had the remotest clue about English football and certainly not below PL level.

The power of social media I suppose.

I haven't heard, did our fellow Wanderer pull through?

Saw a negative post on FB earlier P, but hopefully just a crank talking bollocks.

Not heard anything official yet.

Seen a few spreading grim news, when you call them out they can't verify it.

Nothing in news, no club statement, so hoping he's pulling through

Bollocks! You do CPR until you're too tired to carry on. There is no legality involved.

Totally agree, and not giving anyone any grief- lest anyone who does this for a living. I understand you keep calm, assess; we’re all taught this at first aid… surely though, walk across an empty pitch?

not an individual fault

Here's the thing though,  run across the pitch without the benefit of studded shoes,  slip and need treatment yourself or walk calmly,  knowing you'll get there.
