Whitesince63 Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 You wouldn’t mind so much if we were humbled by a good team but this lot are pants. It’s getting embarrassing now and I’m not sure how we turn this around. Quote
Winchester White Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 That was really shite but please can folk calm down a bit FFS. Quote

They’re usually straight at them,mis-hits that dribble slower than than a back pass, or off-target. We need to drop this keeper he is either fucking unlucky or just shit on the rare occasions he makes a save twice he as managed once today he as pushed it straight back to the player to put it back in the net . A 50 50 which way to go for the pen he obviously goes the wrong fucking way 😂 even the last goal not on him but he is just to easy to get round and beat Edited October 11, 2025 by Farnywhite Quote
waffer cup 07 Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 Worst footballing team in the division, beat us 3-0. How many bloody chances do we need to score a goal. Very questionable pen, their 3rd looked offside. Quote
Spider Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 I said from day one that having a scouser in charge was a shit idea. Quote

I even thought at half time, that he could join the other two, put Taylor at full back, put Forss wide right, and ACD on the left. Tighten it up a bit, try to gain some control, then look to use the qualities that our attacking players do possess. Quote
RUREADY2ROLL Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 We are SIX points from the bottom three and three of the bottom 4 have a game in hand on us Quote

Which is no bad thing I can't agree there- if he actually gets some support and still struggles then fine. As it is, there is no defensive support, and fuck all of an attacking threat from the winger neither. Taylor would suffer in the same way. Quote
Hoppy Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 The good thing is we had better stats than Burton more possession more shots on target more passes made etc etc the sooner the FA gives us points for that the better get rid of this goal business Quote
London Wanderer Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 What a great opportunity to get some points on the board ahead of Huds and Cardiff, and we've gone and lost 2-0 to Northampton and 3-0 to fucking Burton. Embarrassing today. I really hope we don't hear 'well what if Dalby had put it away', because the mentality and creativity today was piss. No excuses. We've stagnated under SS. I like the guy and the players he's brought in and appreciate what he's trying to do, we all want him to succeed. But things need to start improving. If they don't then I expect the board to be asking serious questions & much earlier this time around. Hoping today is just a proper wake up call. No excuses made in the post match interview and we come out firing Thursday. Quote

He may still be shit, but it is an example of not playing to his possible strength. I dont understand the signing He was the first one through the door, a lad who operates between the posts and thrives on crosses. We then sign three wingers whose first thought is not to cross it. Ros Coe Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 I think we’ll now see what SS is really made of, no way he can defend that performance. He needs to make some big decisions over the next few days and get us properly up for Udders. He managed it for Wigan but hasn’t done since. He managed it for Birmingham but didn’t afterwards for the rest of last season.. A big rethink over the way he sets us up and style of play is now required. Good managers bounce back from adversity and he now needs to stand up and say that was not acceptable! Quote
