Youri McAnespie
I was in Anglesey and it was amazing. Â Well in 2026 I'll be retired and I'll doing my best Johnny Utah's Dad impression on the waves of the Basque Country when it happens, so that one will make up for the shit one I experienced on a field somewhere in Great Lever in 1999. Sweep
The one back in 1999? was the biggest pile of wank ever. it was like a cloud passed over for a bit - shite. I was in Munich, and it was a really sunny day, so it was excellent.
green genie
I was in Munich, and it was a really sunny day, so it was excellent. Â Centre line of totality passed over West Cornwall. It was cloudy, but surreal.

Big City Girl
Well I was wondering where Smiley will go for his Honeymoon, now he's been everywhere. First flight to the Moon, I reckon.
bgoefc
Over a few too many wines last weekend, the discussion came round to bucket lists or things you want to see happen before you become atoms and molecules again.  I'd like to disintegrate knowing we had found other life, be it intelligent life light years away we or they had made contact with or even the evidence that micro organisms had once existed, or do exist, on Mars or some other place. Of all the people I loathe, it's moon landing conspiracy theorists who hold a special place in whatever the opposite of heart is. Them and people who believe in chemtrails. Nope, clear sky's no planes allowed over Sellafield, orange glow with a tail, like a bullet across the sky and then just disappeared it was amazing to see
Site Supporter MickyD Posted March 19, 2015 Site Supporter Share Posted March 19, 2015 The eclipse in March should still be pretty exciting. 85% blackout in London so it should be a little more than that up here! Weather woman on telly reckons well be cloudy so won't actually see anything other than it go a bit dark. Â Heard on radio it's the last one in UK until 2090 so I guess we'd better make the most of it. Â How do you make the most of a solar eclipse?
