Millwall fans are the biggest gimps about with that 'everybody is against us',  we're always the victim shite.

They were even skriking last year when their keeper nearly took the head off that Palace player.

Can't wait for em to cause carnage all over the gaff :D

Watching Cov v Derby here, ace these Championship games. Great standard, teams having a go and no bastard VAR.

Derby look good.

Why aren’t EFL highlights on ITV4? It was the same a few weeks ago - is it because it’s an FA cup weekend? Seems daft considering there’s basically a full EFL fixture list.

FWIW it’s a shite show in terms of production and I know all of them are on the sky sports app etc. - it’s just an easy way to watch them all in one place.

I watched that game, tremendous spectacle, Derby v good in defeat, Coventry had game changers, bit frightening really in terms of the level we'd have to deal with going up.

It's not long since they were both in our league though

Cov were playing Bakayako up front when thry drew with our youth five years ago

Six of the current Championship top 8 have been in League One in the past decade. Plus Sunderland in the PL of course.

11 of the last 12 promoted L1 sides have lasted at least one season.

It's possible.

Came on at 12:05. No idea why, I assume they don’t have a slot on a Friday.

I generally don't like watching Pepball but City have been sublime here

When it's fast, interchangeable and they cut through defences like a knife through butter it's bloody ace to watch.

Similar to some times under Evatt.

There's nothing worse to watch when it doesn't work mind :)

Echoed by Adrian Durham here, what an epilogue and major dig at Arsenal ha

Well done Southampton on that first half.

Dowman has obviously been a threat for Arsenal, but his inexperience showed for the goal.

He and his teammate lost it in Southampton's penalty area, and then Dowman jogged back.

I deliberately watched him as Southampton broke, and thought that there could be an opening on this side if they pushed players on.

They did, Dowman didn't track back, and even Ødegaard who was the furthest forward initially ran past the kid as he realised the danger.

Watch the goal again: maybe Gale should do too!

I'd like to think why Sheff Wed played in our away kit pops up in a pub quiz

But it never does and folk don't believe me when I say it happened

I'm chuffed to see the Italians failed again.  Their whole schtick since post war has been negative, catenaccio bollocks, that usually stinks the whole tournament out but their occasional success means they'll never change.  Fancy having a worse WC record than Scotland!

The Jocks have won more than 4 World Cups? Well I never.

If it was up to me competitive England games would be at Wembley and friendlies would be around the country.

Stop talking sense FFS. I don't expect it from you.

It was a one off thing

from 1976

i think i heard

Its a 50 year centenary thing since they won the FA Cup in that (to them) iconic kit, made by Umbro.

They've worn it in every round of the FA Cup this season, they only made 1,976 replicas and they're having a few events to commemorate the cup win.

Fairly amazing that they've got to the semi final as a 2nd tier club again 50 years later.

And Arsenal were crap which helped.
