Watched 2 episodes and wasn't grabbed. Do I need to stick with it? Mrs looked totally lost and bored by it.

 

Fortitude - watched first series and agree it went weird. Managed to get through 1 and a half episodes of the new series and not being grabbed yet.

 

 

Watched the 2 more episodes of Fortitude. Definitely strange and so much going on, but starting to warm to it. Very gory.

Think I'd prefer the beeb to show one series before the other though, rather than concurrently.

Just watched back to back last two episodes of Vikings in the current series. This production puts Game of thrones to shame.

 

Ken Barlows son is deaf not a chip off the ol block! fantastic actor. pity he is now out for series 6.

 

Defo 10/10 from me and a production that tries to stick to historically factual episodes for mot of the time.

aye and if you're that arsed, go to bed hour and a half later, or get up an hour and a half an hour early

 

or, spread it over a few days - say 30 mins over 3 days, or 45 over 2

 

you can get the time back if you really want it, and when you do, spend it having a wank to make sure it's time well spent
